Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI noticed what appeared to be mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. The toilet paper and soaps/shampoo etc seemed a little cheap. Everything else was fantastic.
Only ordered breakfast once, it was a little slow (a bit over 30 mins for a toastie); but it was worth the wait. The staff were amazing, and the pool was great. Beds were comfortable enough. Room included a kettle, bar fridge, and some tea and coffee sachets. Reception has a decent selection of snacks and drinks.

Room service meals were great, big portions and value for money. The pool was awesome, lots of parking spaces which is one main thing we look for in accomadation. We were in perth for the wwe at optus stadium so having a bus stop outside the motel only meters away was a definite bonus as the bus takes u right to the gates of the stadium and the bus on the way back is across the road of the motel. Also the friendly reception were very helpful with information on how to catch the bus as it was my 1st time. Will definetly stay again.

AustraliaThere was nothing to really complain about, Perth is not a cheap place to stay but this location is probably better than many.
The wonderful young lady at reception did her very best to ensure a good stay. Luckily. we got an upgraded room with a nice garden view. The room and bed were comfortable and suited our needs for a night before leaving. There was also a pool on site which would be great if the temperature was a touch warmer. The motel is located not far from many facilities, and the airport. Though we didn't use their shuttle service, it was good to see that it was available for travellers. The restaurant, though quiet on the night, provided a very good meal, and room service breakfast the following morning was no disappointment.

Location was fantastic. I wanted to spend my fly out day with comfort and comfort I received. The pool was amazing, clean. Rooms were comfy. A bit of noise from the outside road, on the main street. The staff were absolutely friendly, attentive. Overall, it was fantastic. It was a hot Perth day, above 43 degrees and I wanted to beat the heat in comfort 😊

Staff were great, room was ready earlier than expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, staff there were also fantastic. Addition of having a free shuttle to and from the airport was great! Food and walking tracks only minutes away.

It was very good, we were very happy, except one thing. We booked two “superior rooms” for a family of seven and we were disappointed to see that it didn’t have a mini kitchen, a sink, or fridge (?) and they had to get water from the bathroom basin out of a mixer tap. A friend and I stayed close by, also in a superior room and we had a kitchenette, fridge, couch that could be slept and table and chairs. Why were rooms 82 and 84 to the same standard ?

The reception upon arrival at the facility and the information provided. The Shuttle to/from the airport was the clincher for booking this venue. Restaurant and Pool a bonus. Room Service was very swift to respond.
