Keep in mind, the tents get quite warm/hot during the day when the sun is shining right on top. You're better off at the beach or in the common areas during the day!

We stayed here for Falls Festival in Byron and it was perfect! If you're looking for that camping vibe without the gross camping this is your place! The facilities were amazingly kept, the tents and common areas clean and spacious, filled with the friendliest bunch! We loved that you could rent bikes to ride through town and by the beach, everything was so accessible and nice. For falls, theres a bus down the road (ticketed) that takes you right to the festival, it was honestly so perfect.

Tent can get pretty hot in the middle of the day but they do have aircon and we just went to the beach or made other plans (tropical fruit world is great!).

Lovely and affordable accommodation close to the beach and coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Communal kitchen had everything we need and was a great way to meet new people. Main attraction is the beach and it delivered! My 8 year old didn’t want to leave.

Bathrooms are a bit unkept unless you go first thing in the morning before the rush. Otherwise feels a bit like a school camp

Lovely staff, great location (can walk to everything within 5/10mins). Tents have nice decor. Showers are modern and large.

not much! we were very happy with our stay

very well planned out grounds. everything was close and made traveling with kids so easy. very clean facilities and kitchen area. hire bikes to ride down the road into town or to the beach.

We didn’t always want to sit with strangers in the shared facilities and there were big groups that consumed that space so it would have been nice to have a table and better sitting arrangement for outside the tents. The tents were very hot inside during the day.

The tent was very comfortable and the share facility had everything you needed. Close walking distance to beach and the local street for shops, cafe, restaurants etc. you really don’t need to pack/bring much.

MUST VISIT! Such an incredible experience in all aspects. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, tent and facilities were very clean, bed was very comfortable and with AC and mini fridge in the tent it was very pleasant. Right next to the beach and within walking distance to cafes and supermarket, we cannot fault this place! Staff was lovely as well.

Perfect relaxing beach getaway. Location is great with beach and shops only a few mins walk away. Tents are set up very well with comfy beds. Air con and fans worked very well on the hot days. We had 2 tents for a family of 4 (13 and 15 yo).

Whilst the property was clean, the finer details cleaning wise need a little bit of attention. The log tables are cute and great but not very practical if you want to sit outside and eat as they are only big enough for 2 maybe 3 cups Limited parking, so had to find street parking for 3 days out of our 5

What an amazing glamping idea. We stayed with our nearly 2 year old for my husbands birthday and had a fantastic time. The tent was a great size, has everything you need and we also loved the facilities. Toilets, shower and kitchen all very clean.

Such a minor point but maybe less pillows ! Each bed has 7 pillows which styles great but on a small tent, it's really hard to know where to put them when sleeping !

Well thought out and set up. The tents were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were clean and close by. It was windy and raining when we arrived but the tent was dry and secure. It was actually nice to drift off to sleep listening to the rain. Next morning the rain had gone so for our remaining nights we got to listen to the surf as we went to sleep. The location is fabulous. Will be back.
