Location was wonderful… amazing view of the river and the city ! Very spacious with everything you might need when staying away from home . Close to trams but easy to walk to most places

Mix up at check in where the keys were not in the drop box, and after a long flight, it was a stressful start. However, the after-hours staff member promptly arranged key delivery.

Very spacious and gorgeous apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed and more! Massive master, walk through robe and ensuite. TV in all bedrooms and lounge. Great size lounge and dining, and don't forget the spacious terrace! Great onsite facilities, including pool, spa, and gym, and a lovely stroll across the river to DFO and restaurants.

Loads of road works happening at the moment, so not as easy to find the office/reception - however, once you know where it is, it's great!

Please upgrade the substandard pillows. Major headache our first day because of the non existent support. Kmart and IKEA have great options at little cost. Sad I couldn’t function Friday because of the pillow.

Location, excellent space, could wash clothes, awesome little kitchen. Views over the river especially at night were lovely. 2 balconies as well. The staff are lovely and professional. Free tram a very short walk away.

Only thing which could have been better was a view up the river. We were there for NYE, watched from the bridge near the property - perfect.

The apartments are always clean and very comfortable for our family. The location is excellent, very easy to get into the city either walking or tram and to get to our family and friends. Lots of restaurant's and eateries around.

A very nice spacious and clean property. Kitchenette was well equipped. The master bedroom bathroom was even large enough to accommodate a vanity table. The air-conditioning worked well on warm days and both rooms and dining area had fans as well. We were given a higher floor so the view (of the skyline and river) was a really nice bonus.

You are only provided with limited toiletries which are not replenished. Not much privacy on the balcony from other apartments looking in.

This apartment was on the 8th floor overlooking the Yarra River. It was booked as a one bedroom apartment but fortunately we had a second bedroom at the back of the property. It didn’t have a window but was much quieter, which came in handy on the Friday night as there was a birthday party on the deck below us. We both slept in that second bedroom and closed the door. It blocked the noise of the party completely. Beds and couch were comfortable, storage adequate, washer dryer a bonus. The location was excellent.

The location was very good for the train station and reasonably central for walking. The view of the river was stunning. The apartment was very clean and had most things for a self catering stay. Really enjoyed the gym.

Third “bedroom” wasn’t much bigger than a closet but served its purpose. Thought we were going to be on a higher floor with a better view. Could have been a bit cleaner.

The connected king size bed in the main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable, particularly where the beds were joined.

There was an issue with the Aircon in our apartment, and when we reported it the staff immediately investigated, and we were then moved to a new room, all within a couple of hours. So happy with how responsive they were to the issue.
