Pillows were a bit flat but we asked for and were given a second pillow each. The bathroom was very small and could have used some Exit mould on the tiles.

Communal kitchen facilities were great but a 2nd residents fridge was needed. Room although small, was clean and beds comfortable. Our ground floor room was perfect for us and we got what we paid for.

Hate the parking lot as bays aren’t assigned and are very narrow with only just enough bays. Lack of visible signage when locating the place for the 1st time. Not close walk to get dinner and didn’t want to have to try and find parking again by taking the car out. Also when l parked a very lge van reversed parked next to me and l was unable to safely get my car out until the van left the next morning.

The cost of my stay as it would have cost an extra $100 to stay anywhere else as was peak time.

The room was super tiny...on the positive side though it had everything that was promised but just that I've never seen a triple room this small. It lacked storage space for luggage and even a closet, which would've been nice to organise our luggage and clothes.

The location was good, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the kitchen facilities were pretty good. Nice continental breakfast for a great price too!

Cleanliness, AC was not working, washroom looked old.

Staff were friendly and cooperative. Location was good close to dubbo zoo and observatory. With cheapest price this hotel is ok, but I would not stay here more than a night with family. If you just need a place on your trip where you can sleep and no other else expectations then this place is good for the price. I would not rate it worst as it was the cheapest option available and with that price its un realistic to expect best, I needed to book urgently, as I didn’t realise it would be hectic trip for me and family to travel back from dubbo on same day. I booked a studio with 1 bunk bed and a queen size bed.

No fridge, room wasn’t serviced at all in 3 day stay ( which made tea and coffee facilities useless as no fridge for 1st days milk). Dirty, stained carpet, spare roll of toilet paper was wet, repairs on wall were a joke ( see attached photo). There was a mysterious red stain on the wall too.

Location, price and bed was pretty comfortable with nice sheets.

Bathroom wasn't very clean, shower head was falling off the wall. Hot water kept running out. Aircon didn't work. The pool chair was broken.

The sheets were clean! And a nice decent size TV and free wifi .. staff were lovely!

Room dirty. The type of people that smoked out the front made me feel uneasy. Was in a room that had the floor garbage bin right in front of my door and it was overflowing for 2 days.

Fridge needed in the room. A bit rundown, bathrooms could do with a makeover.

Have stayed many times and will stay again! Would love to have a small bar fridge in the room like other Ibis motels, tricky with young kids to not have a fridge. Very large room was handy! Beds comfy.

VERY small dark room. Needs a really good clean. Other people’s kids were up very late at night being very noisy in the corridor. Beds were terrible. As were the pillows. Both need replacing.

It was so noisy, my room must of been next to the air conditioning machines outside so there was a constant buzz as well.

Bathroom tiles need a good scrub. Small room. Bunk bed above/across queen bed Could hear the people next door.!!. Pay for what you get.

Room and bedding very clean. For price it eas reasonable. We only needed a bed, passing through.

The shower was dirty. Noise coming from other rooms. No milk for the coffee.

The room was noisy, you could hear activities through the walls. Kids running around and yelling. There was coffee in the room, but, no milk.

No lift, dark / poor lighting in corridors, small room, carpet in room gross, curtains broken, nowhere to hang clothes or put anything, shower head very low not good for a tall person, tap on sink very loose, put sign on door for room to be serviced but it never was (stayed 5 nights)
