The wifi did not work at all in our room. Went to reception to check and logged in without issue. As I walked back to my room I watched the connection bars disappear to nothing.

Despite being brick, walls feel very thin. Up to 10pm was listening to neighbours hacking up their lungs and children shouting, and it all picked up again at 7am. You hear everything. Room also smelled like it had been smoked in despite being a non-smoking room. Aircon didn't work, blankets were very thin.

Pool was lovely, so were the staff - very accommodating and responsive.

THE PROPERTY WAS CLOSE TO SHOPS AND TOWN AND THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM

THE ROOM AND BATHROOM WAS LARGE AND THE FURNITURE WAS GOOD, THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE AIRCONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK PROPERY YOU HAD TO TURN IT ON AT THE MACHINE AND IT RAN HOT ALL NIGHT AND WE WERE UNABLE TO TURN IT OFF THE NEXT MORNING.

WARNING - BED BUGS!!! I saw reviews that this place had bed bugs but I didn't think they would be that bad, I don't usually mind living amongst nature and am fine with a bit of mess (I live on a farm). However, after staying in ROOM 23 I got absolutely covered in itchy, painful blister bites that were on my face, neck, arms and hands (see photos) to the point I had to cancel work appointments and go to the doctor to get steroid cream, costing me money. I have not been able to find an email address to inform the motel, and do not feel comfortable calling them. I would love a refund for the costs I have incurred. And I would like the motel to humanely remove the bugs so as no one else has to experience this. And I would like Booking.Com to help in any way too.

The fact we were put in the end room closest to the BWS carpark and business. Not only was it loud and awakening, disturbing forklift from 7.30am in the morning, there is huge trucks entering right next to our room let alone the main road only meters away out front of BWS with so much hoon traffic and large trucks the morning rest after a gruelling weekend at Bathurst was ruined by a large group yelling and bonding at 8am in the morning awaiting breakfast :( We really hope next time we book we will be given or can request a quiter spot and location as the place seems to have a lot of rooms, spewing we were given this noisey room right at the end of the whole facility.

The laxadaisical guy in check in was a bit strange.

The location was opposite the SS&A club which was perfect, the pool was great. The cleaning lady was lovely.

Toilet was leaking around bowl No milk and when told had run out and needed to go to shop…..never supplied milk. Had to go out and purchase personally. Peanuts found on and in sofa Bathmat and hand towel threadbare in spots.

Location was great with pub serving fabulous meals next door and pretty central to all we needed Comfy bed Pool was great Reception friendly

Very tired. Smelt of cigarette smoke. Bathroom very dated. Towels and linen were very worn. Advertised as bunk beds but was a trundle under the desk. When pulled out not much room to move around. Not enough power points.

Pillows, very flat and no extras., Layout for fold out lounge bed made it difficult to get to bathroom unless you crawled across the existing bed or folded the person up in the fold up bed.. Needs quality well fitted blockout curtains. I guess you only get what you pay for and what was only left on this stay!

The cleaning was questionable, there were old toiletries left in the shower and old food in the microwave! Some cups were also dirty.

TV was on the bench and very hard to watch when in bed. Would be great if it was wall mounted higher. Bed was a bit firm but that’s just not to our preference, no biggie.

There no milk in fridge when you turn up every other places have it and a jug of cold water in fridge to but this place had nothing I asked at reception the man said he didn't have any but rough when you travel 5hrs to get there to sit and have a drink to relax
