It was near the places we wanted to visit in Port Arthur. The kitchen is well equipped. The couch and sofa are comfortable. Parking is convenient.

Not to close from the shop so if you plan to stay here have to bring your immediate needs, shops are 11 mins away from the property or you can shop in Sorell before heading to Taranna

We absolutely loved everything about "four seasons" waterfront villas. The villa was immaculate, self-contained with everything you need and more. It was peaceful and quiet nestled right on the waters edge and the owners June and Andrew were charming to say the least. We highly recommend four seasons, we will definately stay here on our next Tasmanian visit. Thankyou Kendall, Dave and Charlie

The stairs are quite steep which could pose a problem for someone with mobility issues. There were internal security lights that we couldn't figure out how to turn off which were quite bright and kept us awake a bit as we needed to keep the bedroom doors open for our kid. But that is only very minor.

Lovely cabin in a lovely location. It was very comfortable although a little warm upstairs as the aircon is only downstairs. Would happily stay here again, was great!

it was indeed a bit inconvenient to have the bedroom and bathroom on different floors, though it didn't quite bother us. we occasionally found little insects on our bed (not bed bugs) but it's what wilderness is!!

lovely and friendly hosts. June was very forthcoming and provided helpful information that we didn't even think of before we arrived. the little cottage was awesome and well-maintained. we loved it so much. it was such a comfortable and enjoyable stay with quiet environment and gorgeous view (you'd find it out after you take a few minutes' walk to the rocky shore :). we were so lucky and grateful to have chosen to stay there!

The bathroom is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs, that is a bit awkward.

Nice stand alone holiday villa/cottage. We had the green which is not directly on the bay, but with a little bit of imagination it would be Bay View. To be honest, it is not Sea View. Accommodation is spacious, with two bedrooms on the topfloor. Ground level is spacious and kitchen well equiped. Laundry machine is a plus. Would come again.
