I’m not sure if it’s because of the recent mould problems hitting parts of qld, the mould in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen area needs addressing, however overall had a great time there

There was a bit of rubbish at the back entrance where we parked our car and the room could have done with a vege peeler. My husband also thought he found a bug in our bed.

The room was well set out, the bed comfortable and the location was excellent, close to beaches, cafes and shops. There was a great board walk along the beach and everything we needed was so close, including a church to attend Easter services.

Some of the permanent residents in the park were extremely rude to the visitors. Not just us, but all children and people with dogs in the park. They really turned a lot of people off returning.

The park was great. Pool and cabin were as described.

On arrival I had just 1/3 roll toilet paper. Considering that it was a cabin for 4 I think that wasn't enough. No knife to cut veggies, just a bread knife. And for paying over $150 a night i found it a bit much to get asked to strip the bed.

we were told we were up graded to a better cabin for no extra charge,by looking through the other cabins i would have to say it was a down grade. all the other cabins contained better furnishings. the little room in our cabin which was not much bigger than a walk in robe , the air con would not call that space, plus the queen mattress was lumpy not comfy. other than that i would not hesitate to rebook another stay as long as it was not in cabin 8. the staff was great, location excellent ,camp kitchen,,pool, hot tub, over all it is a great place to stay, Thankyou.

carport was a bit low but my Mazda CX-7 fit well, most 4x4 will struggle.

The accomodation provided us with late check in, as my partner and I were coming from Brisbane and they were very accomodating to our needs.

The bed was hard causing a sleepless night along with air conditioning unit not set up properly (a portable unit) health and safety would dseem it unhealthy The unit backed onto a food shop where staff took a break they would smoke beside window of unit smoke was wafting into room, no fan so air was thick (remember air conditioning unit does not work to its capabilities) TV remote did not work and I seen in full view a cockroach on floor.
