Some of the appliances such as non stick fry pan and pan for stove were old and due for an upgrade- hard to wash as everything stuck to them. Staying 5 nights however only enough toilet paper, washing detergent etc for one night and supplying the rest ourselves.

The room was spacious enough for for 2 couples and a baby. Perfect location and the seat and tables put the front are a great touch to watch the sunrise

The accommodation was very spaces but a few little issues ie broken screen, the resort was very nice and a great pool area and BBQ. the staff were nice and very helpful we loved the location to all the sights for Fraser island would definitely stay here again this is a great place for families

Small, private views to die for of ocean. Facilities nice and private in the estate. Great location to beach and Eurong Village shops etc next door. All attractions a handful of kms from estate accommodation.

Only minor issue, Parking not big enough for large 4x4, Maybe a screen on front door to allow breeze through with out the insects.. But overall nothing major, great place to stay

Walking distance to beach, & nearby shops, bakery etc. Plenty of space for our family of 4, comfortable, with great views.

Maybe a bbq to use at house ( not really a big deal though) , dust pan and brush , had a broom .

Had everything you needed to make it a comfortable stay , good location and lady at reception super friendly and welcoming., obviously loves what she does .

A few little practical things were missing from the kitchen but apart from that it was absolutely perfect!

It was clean and spacious and the house was well laid out. Very comfortable for 5 (or 6) people! The location was perfect and the swimming pool was very nice.

Some of the company that stayed around us was less than favorable, but that's not against the beach houses.

Unfortunately the microwave in our room was broken and the BBQ was out of gas. The reception was never staffed to let anyone know.

The location was great. House was spacious and clean.

Would have been good if the two villas that I rented were next to each other. Some of the appliances need to be upgraded such as the toaster.

I liked the Villas, they were spacious clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for trips out each day and close to the beach.

DVD player not in the house although DVDs were provided. Some of the doors and windows tricky to open and close.

There was no aircon which would have been nice as we had hot days while there, but the fans worked great with the breeze coming through the open windows. The mattress for me was too soft and I didn’t sleep too well but that’s personal preference. We didn’t take things like salt/pepper, Alfoil or cling wrap, maybe they could provide things like that for the villa. 1 more roll of toilet paper, a couple more dishwashing tablets and an extra bin bag would have been great for our 4 day stay.

We were in a brand new Villa #25 which although was right at the back on the fence that divided us from the car wash and dumpsters, it wasn’t a bother to us at all and we didn’t even notice it there. Playground directly across for the kids to play (and a swimming pool but we didn’t get there) 3 great bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer and a kitchen filled with everything you could need - this was amazing accommodation. We were extremely happy with our stay.

Nothing really.

The house was perfect for our family stay in Fraser Island. We stayed in a 2-storey house very well equipped and very clean. The views from the balcony were stunning, and the kids really enjoyed the pool and spa in the complex. It is located next to the beach and a short walk from Eurong, where you can find a few shops. We definitely recommend it!!

Staff were lovely. Such a pleasure to deal with. Very understanding when I went to inform them and see of i needed to do any more than wash all sheets and mattress protector when my little boy had accidentally wet the bed over night. Would definitely stay again.
