Assistance of late staff on arrival to get TV reception sorted

We travelled with a large group so we were in multiple rooms on different floors. We wish were either all on the same floor, as requested, or had our fob keys synced so we could go to each others floors.

Location and facilities were good. Staff were nice and pool/spa was lovely.

We were relying on the cafe to be open and operating and were very disappointed to only have 2 days of its services. It being there was a strong incentive for us to rebook from last year.

The beds were comfortable. Booking in and out was really easy.

I do not like being told on arrival to do a self check in on my phone when I by the reception girl. I am NOT doing that and that is her job. She wanted me to take photo of my licence & upload it etc etc and do the checkin online. WHY? Because the person being paid to do this job is trying to get out of work. My room 2117, had mould in the shower due to shower door not being able to close properly. Water leaks all over the floor creating a slip hazard. (If I can see mould, why can't the cleaners?) The carpets were smelly & the couch was old & very uncomfortable.

The Cafe wasn't open longer enough

The resort was beautiful and we loved the pool and spa the room was so clean and it had everything we needed to cook like we were at hm. We enjoyed the walk around the outside looking at gardens and car park was great not far to walk to elevator.

The grill of the fan in the bathroom needing dusting and also the lint filter of the hairdryer.

Close to The Oasis Centre, Star Casino and Pacific Fair. Liked the pool, spa and lasagna from the Cafe. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise and mum enjoyed the beers & smoked cheese and I enjoyed the pringles and tim tams 😋

More clarity around facilities at the premises such as bar and dining would be very helpful however not a deal breaker. Carpark was very small and hard to park with dual cab Ute.

Two things We had an issue with the TV getting it to work and because of our schedule, we couldn't get it rectified until our last day. The other thing was the phone wasn't connected for us to contact reception.

The rubbish truck that came early , the missing curtain when we arrived, the guy that used the blower out the front in the morning early. It was impossible to get a sleep in. The lady in the Cafe was a bit rude

The TV in the main room was not working - and that was the one with the movies, the TV in the bedroom only had limited channels (think it should be connected to the main system too). it was late and I just went to bed instead. Sadly the views looked great but in both of my rooms I only had a view of the carpark - I would have loved to have had a lovely view over the pool or the water.

great sized room, very very comfy bed and pillows. The location was great. Loved having the cafe onsite. I was so busy that I didn't get to try the pool - but it looked really inviting wish I had of had time.

Room was outdated and nothing like the pictures on website. Shower was small and inside the bath which was disappointing. Not many staff around.

Location and quietness was great, the facilities were also nice (pool, spa etc)

Loved the room. Bed was comfortable which was great! Loved the view from the 8th floor. pool was warm, loved the kids pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back. Thank you.
