After hours check-in very poor. Had to wait 30 minutes late at night to be let in. Reception hours short and not properly identified with various paperwork showing different hours.

The dryer in our room was a bit hit and miss. It didn’t work all the time so drying our towels and bathers were difficult. We requested a pool view room, hoping to receive a room in the tower 2 as previously booked, but ended up in a carpark view room at the side of the complex.

The breakfast was just a simple light breakfast. Would be good if a coffee was included. The location was fantastic and the facilities were excellent. The facility was fairly quiet with the exception of the residents so the pool and spa weren’t too busy.

Sometimes a bit tricky finding a parking spot given the blue dot method and the scattered nature of these car spaces. Just a matter of getting used to where they are and driving to find an empty space

Friendly and helpful reception (Teresa). We enjoyed the free breakfast and the ordered breakfast and coffee. The weather during our 5 night stay was terrible which impacted on our use of the pool and other GC attractions. I came to run in the GC Marathon and the closeness of the tram at Breadbeach north was one of the reasons for selecting the accommodation.

i called before hand and was told what was included for breakfast and it was most defiantly not what I was told. the breakfast was fine but a light breakfast with packet coffee or a fruit box. towels needed to be hired which I didn’t really understand

location, car parking was included and a light breakfast facilities were clean and the pool and spa was really great! even had a view from the room. was great to have the little apartment for a bit more room with our kids in the evenings

The unit cam with very limited items. Bot enough toilet paper, cleaning products, soap, etc for the length of the stay. For the cost per night, it’s unreasonable to stock the unit sufficiently for the length of the stay. Guests shouldn’t be required to provide their own.

I didn't feel that there are any hotel rooms that face the pool and canal - be careful you will be looking at the car park and across the houses. The room was pretty dated with the wooden furniture old and well worn. Hard to work out the dishwasher as all the labelling was rubbed away. Wifi would not connect as the password was not accepted. Breakfast was abysimal ! Not even a free coffee - the cafe staff apologised as this was beyond their control. The pool could do with steps on both sides as you need to go up and down stairs to walk around or out through the gates to get in - strange design.

The rooms are not clean as you could except for the amount you paid. Pool is not suitable for 5-9yrs old kid. There is no proper restaurant at the property as advertised on booking.com. Housekeeping is not on daily basis. They have a charge for pool towels, really??? These are just my personal opinion.

I had complimentary breakfast but was not satisfied with the choices. Having only been given 1 slice of toast for breakfast is definately not sufficient for anyone wanting a good start to the day.

The rooms were great and ease of access from Broadbeach and surrounds was good. Location was perfect for me.
