Loved everything. Such a beautiful place to stay! Peaceful, comfortable and absolutely spotless! A lot of thought has been put into the design and comfort for guests and ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. The welcome when we arrived and attentiveness from Heather was beyond compare to other places we have stayed. The attention to detail was amazing and it's a place I would have no hesitation in going back to or recommending to others!

I wasn't aware that the rooms were not properly separated, one room/bed is actually part of the common area (lounge/kitchen with dining table). Bedrooms are separated by a curtain (not a door) and the bathroom is in the other bedroom. We were only there for a night and were 3 people but I can see how that might be uncomfortable for some.

The place is super cute and cosy! It has so many details that makes it very comfortable and special. The beds are extremely comfy, I had such a good night sleep. It has everything you may need. Towels are excellent too! Rooms are spacious. The staff are super friendly and helpful :) I highly recommend!

Amazing hosts Heather and Ned! Genuine and friendly and did everything to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Appreciate that they prepared a separate foldable bed for us upon request. We had a wonderful girls day out! Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic family getaway at the Frog Hollow Estate. The location was superb, steeped in history, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The owners were incredibly friendly and caring, adding a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommend this charming retreat!

Great quiet location just out of Daylesford. The Retreat is Surrounded by native bush that enhances how beautiful the buildings are. The inside of the retreat was cosy and had everything we needed. Heather and Ned are wonderful hosts - kind, caring and they were available to help if we needed them. The nibbles and bubbles on arrival were a wonderful and unexpected touch! Overall we had a great night away in a beautiful location and very comfortable beds!! We plan to be back with our friends in the future!!

We stayed at the retreat which have 2 separates rooms and we loved it. We loved the hot tub with aromatherapy diffuser and candles. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, air fryer, plates, glasses and utensils are clean. They provided game boards like chest, uno card, game of life and pickle balls for outdoor activities which we love as they keep the kids occupy.

Tiger the cat and all 4 dogs were the highlight and our favourite loved them to bits. Was so happy Tiger chose to sleep with us. It's a home away from home. Thank you guys you are the best we are already looking forward to coming back next year❣️❣️❣️

Heather and Ned could not of been nicer on arrival! The property was perfect for a mini getaway. The only problem was we couldn't stay longer because we had to get back to work. We will be back!

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like .

The hosts were lovely and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay . There was lovely fresh bread and cheese and wine and a few other bits and pieces .when we arrived . The beds were very comfortable, overall it was fantastic and I would love to go again and stay . They even had a very friendly cat who was very happy to keep us company 😊 The place looks fantastic and they are doing a great job with setting it all up . I would definitely recommend a stay there

WiFi was a bit sus, so would recommend bringing your own device if you want to listen to music / watch something.

Place was very comfortable - the hosts Ned and Heather were very lovely and accommodating, adding some extra touches free of charge, and were very friendly upon arrival. My partner and I had a wonderful time.

That we only stayed for one night!

The property was beautiful and Heather and Ned were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we booked right up until we checked out! The Retreat was so cosy, the facilities all well kept and the gas heater and electric blankets kept us warm all night. The location was great, not far to Daylesford town centre or Hepburn Springs, and central to many activities and sights. We’ve already started planning our next stay with them and our families were so impressed by the photos that they’re planning a trip also!

The shower can fluctuate temperature unexpectedly when in use

Cosy atmosphere, comfy beds, good amenities, great vibe, super welcoming hosts, great size rooms, Netflix & amazon prime available, cute outdoor area, toasty fireplace and the electric blankets on the beds came in handy for a winter evening.

I loved everything, so you won't hear any complaints from me.

I honestly cannot begin to explain how incredibly accommodating Heather and Ned were during our stay. There was some confusion (on my end) with regards to the booking date and they went over and above to make sure we weren't homeless on the night. And over the next 24 hours went on to help us at every turn, including picking us up from town when we weren't able to get a taxi. The accommodation itself was breathtaking - we stayed in the barn and I cannot wait to get back there. such a unique space. Thank you so much for having us!
