The 2 bedrooms ceiling was noisy from the creeking floors above. Very disturbing in the morning.

Beautiful location. Picturesque sceneries. Weather was perfect for the cycling event. The jacuzzi was a lovely bonus to the room.

One of the quests staying in the penthouse could have been a little more thoughtful and not leave their bike in the entrance which meant it was a little difficult to get past it to get up the steps and they also left their dog in the penthouse when they went out for dinner, and the dog barked. Didn't bother us as we own our own dogs.

We found the apartment had all that you need. Beds very comfortable and it was made into 2 singles which we asked for.

Best trips since2019. I'm a regular skier and instructor. And I am usually in the mountain over the weekend. So fa the best spa and most valuable accommodation I had for the last couple of years. The spa and view was fantastic and we were given late check out o Sunday. Welcome breakfast pack is very generous and nice. The place was spacey, clean and quiet as well.

It’s not something I didn’t like but an added bonus could be another small couch or armchair where someone could sit on on the Yamaguchi apartment. As we were using the fold out couch as a bed for my partners daughter. There is a table and chairs, but just somewhere a bit more relaxed would have been great

This was such a gem of a find. We had a last min change and managed to book into Freueaff and are super happy. The place was really cosy and perfect for a small family, cool layout and added bonuses like a really stocked up kitchen WITH a comprehensive breakfast (I’m talking sourdough bread and bacon and eggs!) The location was convenient and had restaurants around with a really good restaurant and cafe (GREAT coffee and food) right up front. Communication was really good and the spa on the balcony was just what’s needed after a day on the snow. Thanks for such a great experience! Will hope to book into here again!

I could not fault anything with the accommodation, we loved every bit of it.

The food provided was next level. It was not expected however there was a fresh loaf of bread, plenty of spreads, cereals, carton of milk and even buffs to wear in the cold!

Hot water sometimes cut out in the shower, but was ok, same goes with WIFI at times (but who goes to the snow to watch TV anyway)

Great apartment for my 2 kids and I, not too far a walk to the ski lift (you can wait for the shuttle if you like) also close to plenty of food options. The apartment had top quality fit out in the kitchen and bathrooms were also good.

The only thing I could nitpick on was the TV. It had a sensational range of services; Netflix, disney, prime etc. A million channels...BUT...it was a tiny little thing tucked and secured up into a little cabinet in the kitchen with no good angle available to sit and watch it from. So I read my book instead.

The updates to the kitchens are superb. I was kinda expecting some form of breakfast things to get us going but was amazed at how much and good it was, cereals, bread, eggs, bacon, milk, coffee, tea. The coffee machine was excellent. We were only here for a weekend, but it would be superbly comfy for a week or longer. The underfloor heating was really good and even though my daughter likes having windows open, we never felt cold. The manager was awesome - everything was easy.

The only thing I would like would be transfer from the car park as I have had from many accommodations in falls to save a painful walk with all our luggage. However this would definitely not deter me from staying again.

Large spacious apartment which was great value for money. We had a balcony with our own personal spa. They had provided us with a fresh loaf of bread, bacon and eggs, cereals and spreads. It was a very nice stay and would definitely recommend.

I love that they provided the fresh baked sourdough. We really enjoyed it in the winter morning. I love how they have the drying room where we could store all wet clothes after a big ski day and everything nice and fresh again in the morning.
