The property was great but the tiled floors were a bit dirty. it did feel a bit gross to walk on because your feet would pick up so much dirt and turn black. otherwise amazing though and great value for money

Couldn't fault the location of the apartment. Airconditioning was great, in every room.

We loved the location, at the end of the street it was nice and quite, close to walks, a swimming beach and a lovely open green space across the road. We could walk to the shops and restaurants, although there is a couple of hills, but the kids wanted to use the buggy which was complimentary with the apartment. Saved us $100 a day.

The apartment was very well equipped, fantastic verandah for views etc No lavatory door and a massive plain glass window in the bedroom looking straight at the pan. Very uncomfortable indeed.

We had some initial issues with the front door and the security code which was resolved. I would suggest however that a different security code is used as it is essentially the same as the apartment number. There is an issue with the doors that lead out onto the blacony that needs to be addressed. This issue was shown to the representative who came to help us with our departure transfer.

Great support from the start. We were met on arrival and shown to our appartment from the airport. Our departure was seamlessly organised. Any questions that we had were answered promptly.

front door can’t be locked from the inside. this was noted early but never fixed during our 7 night stay. new lamps were ‘installed’ in main bedroom mid stay with no bulbs. said they’d be back- never came back.

A bit disappointed that some of the linen was not that clean. For example the spare doona in our room was dirty.

The person that met us at the airport had a sign with my name on it! Very friendly and helped us to get to the apartments. He also told us about the facilities etc.

Our apartment could’ve been cleaned a bit better, shower and toilet needed a good scrub. just more detail to cleaning would’ve been good. I understand that they are older apartments but you can see where the walls have been scrubbed which is not a good look for the price that we paid

Bedding -The pillows and comforter were disgusting - had brown stains on them. Also, no pillow cases on the pillows. The cleaners left a dirty fitted sheet and energy drink on the shelf in the guest bedroom. Guest bathroom sink was leaking on check in and it put water all in the hair dryer that was there. Also, it was hard to nap in the afternoons as that was when the mowers, blowers etc were doing work out side the apartment.

The location was great. Great views. Nice layout of the apartment. Loved having laundry and BBQ available. The property outside the apartment ie the grass/trees was very well kept and the pool also was well kept. Great to have the wildlife roaming around such as Wallabys and Rainbow Lorikeets land on our balcony.

apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. floor was dusty, kitchen utensils were stained, no tissues, bin wasn’t cleared. complained to the owner, no action was taken. airport pickup was pathetic waited an hr as the guy made us wait for another passenger from another flight then he dropped them first and spent another 30mins or so handing over. distance to our apartment was 1.5km I.e 5mins. all time wasted on this with my 2 babies.

good location, came with a nice buggy ( baby seat and rain cover) apartment is decorated nicely with expensive furniture.
