There was not enough soap and shampoo to last the stay and there was no option to make up the room. Room was fairly small for a studio apartment.

Location was great and room was clean. Laundry facilities located in the room was a plus point too. Coles was just below the hotel.

We have stayed here a few times now, and there is a sewage smell that creeps into the room and hallways. This stay it wasn’t too bad, but still around. Nothing crazy and off putting, but must be an ongoing issue for the property.

Great location and super friendly staff. The property is close to the Woolloongabba bus port and only minutes away from south bank and the CBD. Great to stay here if you are catching something at the Gabba stadium. Great restaurants close by, coles downstairs and a great coffee shop.

Bed in Ensuite very uncomfortable , the bed was a king bed but it was made up with a double mattress protector which made our first 2 nites sleeps uncomfortable . The toilet seat was stained in the ensuite & needs replacing. we used the other bathroom . We were in the 2 bed & 2 bathroom apartment .

The room size, when asked if I wanted to upgrade I was expecting a bigger room for the price. Considering when in looked on line I could get the same room I was in fur approx $200 cheaper, wasn't happy.

There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom, which meant the doors staying open so air con from the living area could be used. which meant a lack of privacy for the other couple we were travelling with.

I’ve stayed at Gabba Apartments multiple times, it’s in such a convenient location. Supermarket, pub, cafés right underneath, major bus interchange across the road, diagonally opposite the Gabba, easy access from the north via the Story Bridge, excellent customer service.

I didn't like that the accommodation fee was taken out 24 hours before I got there without my permission. I was told it was policy of hotel but I wasn't told. I was happy to pay when I got there and I had 3 rooms booked.

outside noise came in through windows as they weren’t tightly sealed. first morning light came in past windows blinds and woke me up every morning.

Despite my insistence on an accessible apartment it didn’t happen. I emphasised that I needed a shower with grab handles. There were none. I was denied a shower for the week. The hot water supply was erratic. And generally poor. The tumble dryer was faulty

We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which was great, only let down was the 2nd bedroom had no air conditioning & not even a fan, so very stuffy. Oh the window in the main bedroom didn’t close all the way, so traffic noise could not be shut out.
