The property was great. The cleaner arrived at checkout time. I was leaving in the pouring rain and soaking wet with my two dogs. He checked his watch with impatience and then realised I was on time leaving but did not offer any assistance to me to my car. He was extremely rude and unpleasant.

The room spray was a bit strong so we had to turn them all off. Some info on where the clothes drying rack in the info folder would have been great. Wifi didn't work and we suspected it was because it was being shared by the next door villa. Need to inform the next door villa to walk softly as you can hear their footsteps and they were loud! In the property description, please be clear that the sleeping arrangement is a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. In the property description please be clear that the streaming service is "bring your own" and not inherently available. If you did have netflix that would have been a plus.

The location was great. The view and sole use of the garden was fabulous. Everything was looking new and clean. I loved the fact that it allowed pets.

We were hit with a $100 dog fee after booking and receiving confirmation from Booking.com. We were then within the 5-day cancellation fee so could not cancel. We have asked and still received no justification for what this $100 was for. No additional cleaning was done given we had a dog. At 7.30am in the morning the power was turned off by tradesmen upstairs and took 30 mins to turn it back on

The property was well located to the harbour.

The gardens were a mess weeds everywhere through the paths, garbage bags strewn around the garden areas and one in the fire area. Dead leaves and branches everywhere. The spa was dirty and the water was murky. Such a shame the outside definitely let down the entire place.

it was falsely advertised as a garden spa villa. it had a humid dirty smell. Overcharged for barely an apartment as they called it. It was a granny flat type of stay as opposed to an apartment.

It wasn't very clean, and we had a leak in the main bedroom through a rotting ceiling beam when it rained. On our final morning we were woken by a contractor at 7am walking on our verandah, where he could see straight in to where we were sleeping as there is no curtains on the windows. He was there to gurney and repaint both our verandah and the verandah above us. When I questioned the realestate, I was told that it was emergency works that needed to be completed to make my stay more safe. I don't think gurneying and painting is urgent. The only air conditioner located in the bedroom was extremely mouldy. It was extremely overpriced for our experience.

The only positive was that the location was close to the International Stadium, where we needed to go daily.

Very small for 3 adults Sofa bed was very old The sheets were very old & smelly there were 2 fitted sheets one pillow that was smelly Then off course the list make sure you do this & this clean this or else we will charge you I thought what is the cleaner doing I’ve already cleaned !

The bed was hard, and the aircon was filthy. It needed cleaning out badly ,lounge was uncomfortable people need more comfortable lounge to relax on holidays. door tracks we're dirty as well? needed curtains as there's no privacy, plus needs another mirror in the bedroom .

The villa was modern, with a great fireplace, spa was fantastic and needed a bit of colour in the villa.

A beautiful luxury villa with everything you need. In walking distance to the Jetty / beaches and fabulous view for sunrises and sunsets a few minutes walk away. Fantastic value for money. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
