I guess it would’ve been nice to have an outdoor, undercover area somewhere near the BBQ area to lounge around, but that would just have been my only dislike. We had a great stay.

Myself and 7 girlfriends were staying at Gateway Park celebrating a big birthday amongst us. I really liked how helpful Kristy was in making our stay a memorable one, and she had answered my many questions with a smile and a solution to various requests I made ie. making sure there were enough wine glasses, seating in the cabin etc., transport info to get to Panthers for dinner and show we were attending. The 2 cabins we booked were clean and spacious, quite aged yet everything was well maintained.

I didn’t like how I had left the room prior to checkout time in the morning to complete a quick errand only to find my room being cleaned. I still had my room key and had not checked out. Very disappointed I had a contract checkin after 2pm and checkout by 10am. They broke the contract. This is warning to prospective customers.

This is a very good property. Convenient to Penrith city. A very comfortable cabin.

The beds and pillows could be a bit more comfy (both were hard and we could have slept on the floor and not noticed a difference) also very run down and cockroaches

The villa next door played loud music and kept us awake all night, should have security walking around the park.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, these are the things that are a bit annoying but wouldn't stop us returning. The floorboards in the room (5c I think) were squeaky, which didn't really bother us but may have disturbed neighbouring rooms at 1am. Skylight in bathroom needs a refresh. Blockout blinds would be good, but not essential. Bedside lamps would also be handy but not essential. The pillows were very flat. The road that is behind this room, Tench Ave, can have some noisy cars during the night but overall it is a relatively quiet location near the river and well priced.

Good value for money. Close to popular cafes and restaurants, parklands and playground. We choose to stay here whenever in the area as it is good for one night. On this occasion we stayed here and drove to a concert at Accor Stadium. The room had a microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge. Good size bathroom. Bedside tables. Had an interconnecting door which is a handy option for those in a larger group. Good parking. Lovely pool area. Lots of trees and birds which creates a peaceful setting.

Quality of towels was fair.. There was escape of water from the shower. This made it difficult for the last person. There were insufficient places to hang towels and places to keep things dry in the bathroom. The couch seemed a bit grubby.. The bathroom door had a hinge problem. No bedside lamp.

Location excellent for our BCS Dragonboats regatta on the Nepean. Also very close to our other sites over the weekend, The Coffee Club for breakfasts, Panthers Club on Friday evening for drinks & Italian dinner plus The Log Cabin for celebration dinner function on Saturday evening. The pool was very welcome after a very hot day competing on the river.

Unfortunately could not locate hair dryer in Cabin 56 , much needed. Kitchen sink & carpets could have been cleaner. No air-conditioning or fan in bedroom

Location to our regatta, Coffee Club, football club & the Cabin perfect. Facilities for our needs as we expected. Pool after long hot day on river a godsend

It was quite dirty, lots of dust under the bed, there was an empty cruiser bottle and cups under the double bed. Floors were dirty and shower floor was dirty
