Not really acoustic room, there was someone really unrespectful talking on the phone during the night that woke us up, not Hotel fault, however, the window over the door didn't close properly.

There is nothing to complain about.

Even though I have arrived in the very early morning I was welcomed very friendly. I had the chance to change clothes, use facilities and drop off my luggage. I got perfect information on everything I have asked for. Because of low season I have gotten a better room than I have booked. The guesthouse is kept up perfectly and with a lot of love. Many things are renovated like kitchen, bathrooms and at least my room. Because it’s so quiet I even think the walls are sound proved. It's extremely clean. There is a laundry, swimming pool, vending machine. Just everything you need. It’s a very quiet place. Perfectly located opposite the train station and a shopping mall with supermarket. But really the best thing is the beautiful historical guesthouse with it’s warm-hearted atmosphere. I can recommend it 100%.

Better to have a phone to be able to contact the staff for the check in.

Good location if you want to visit-enjoy the city but still sleeping in a calm environment. The rooms are clean as the facilities (showers, kitchen area). The staff is really convenient : could leave our bags after check out to enjoy the city a little bit longer, a bigger was allocated to us.

The Location is Ok to go to town by walk, but not very nice area I need to call a number and wait 5 min for checkin, but thats fine

This is a beautiful Historic house which is clean . Peter is welcoming , helpful and flexible. He goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The pool is clean and shaded well. It is bigger than neibouring hostels. I highly recommend this hostel.

The pool is small and sundeck is inside the jungle so it should’t be the front picture on Booking.com.

Old wooden houses in the garden, constructions has done properly and with good style. In the room everything I needed, and everything works. Linen are clean, bed and pillows are good. Shared bathroom was clean and nice, and always free when I needed.

Not really a problem but the room windows open into a closed veranda so if you’re a light sleeper just take some ear plugs and you’ll be fine.

Great location. Totally affordable price and exceeded my expectations for budget accommodation. Newly renovated so everything felt fresh and clean. Didn’t use the pool as we weren’t there long enough. Kitchen facilities were good. Aircon in each room is great.

Centrally located. Very comfortable, secure. Very clean and tidy. Close to shops. Secure parking. Air conditioner and fans. Very comfortable bed. Loved it wish I could have stayed longer.

Check-in process could have been smoother. Just bear in mind you'll need to have a SIM card and need to call the member of staff when you arrive. Windows in the men's toilets didn't have net screens/frosting which could help in reducing the odd insect flying in + improving privacy.

The whole hostel was very clean and quiet. The room was cool, comfortable and it was useful to have our own fridge. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped.

The open kitchen makes the lobby too aromatic.

We received a nice room at the quieter part of the hotel, but overall it was surprisingly quiet considering its location being just opposite the train station. The room has basic facilities but very clean and quite adequate for a traveler. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Nice pool.

The guesthouse door is often locked and you don't really want to bother or depend on anyone to be let in if you don't have your keys for whatever reason.

Great place for a great value at a pretty good location if you are traveling. Pete was very kind to update my room when I arrived and allowed me to stay until my late night bus.

Were very accommodating with a late check-in. The location was great and streets were quiet at night making for an undisturbed sleep. Outdoor seating area is a perfect place to chill.
