Nothing major, but I don't believe it was mentioned prior to booking that there is no door on the bathroom. If you were staying with someone else this could pose a problem.

The view of the ocean. Location was great - close to beach, hiking and a short walk from shops. Comfortable bed. All amenities you would require for a short stay (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, heater/fan, tv,, towels, lounge, plates, cutlery, glasses/mugs, etc). Clean. Street parking outside.

Maybe a blind on the door to minimise the light in the mornings.

An ideal location just a couple of minutes from a very tranquil beach. The facilities were excellent everything you could need and check in and out very easy. Even sun screen (factor 50) and beach towels supplied. Highly recommended for a stay in Bundeena.

The locaation so close to Jibbon beach is fabulous. We loved walking to and from the local club at night for dinner, too.

No AC so it can be quite hot in the summer

Very easy to check-in / collect key. Everything was perfectly picked and choose for the guest to have an amazing experience. The view is amazing and the spot just by the beach is great!

The parking! We are still trying to get our heads around this. There is a drive with enough room to park a car right outside the cottage but you’re not allowed to park on it! It states in the information details that anyone who does with be issued with a fine. I found this a very aggressive. On leaving we bumped into a gentleman who was cleaning the cottages (who apparently was the owner’s father)who informed us the reason you can’t park on the drive is because the owner is worried about guests crashing the car into the building! Well, just put some sort of concrete bumpers in front of the property and let your guests have somewhere to park. Our stay was governed by the lack of parking and hostile residents getting angry about parking. It’s a ridiculous situation and one to bear in mind if you book. Also there is no door to the bathroom. It might be trendy but unacceptable. No one wants to hear anyone using the toilet. Fit a sliding door. You will need to self cater as there’s nowhere to eat in the evening. We walked into the town as we were so concerned about loosing our much valued parking space to find everywhere was shut at 6pm.

The cottage was lovely and well equipped and in a good location for the beach.
