Honestly, it's the weather! It has been raining almost everyday I was there. There's also no clear instruction to check-in/out, use of stove, microwave or even watching the TV program. I took a while to fiddle and figure it out.

It's very central and easy to get around to places of interest using the light rail and many food places around.Thanks for the 5 coffee capsules

Communication was inconsistent. The off-site staff personnel were very helpful but, since they manage several sites, the information they were given wasn’t always accurate. That writ, they were eager to assist and solved our issues.

Some confusion with the payment app not taking my card - took several tries. In the end it all worked out.

We were surprised by just how spacious this place was. The bedroom was large with lots of space for two people to spread out and unpack a little - so helpful as we were nearing the end of a long vacation. Everything was clean and attractive.

Parts of the apartment was showing some wear and tear and the bathroom sink area was a bit dirty unfortunately.

Accommodation was in need of a little tlc. Bathroom cupboards painted, paint was also not where it was supposed to be, overpainted on surrounds. Also bath and tiles painted but had started to peel off. Kitchen cupboards recently painted, felt sticky and doors did not close properly. All net curtains were mouldy. Location was great, very little noise. Bed was comfortable (room a bit small).

Not having a complaint regarding using the stovetop addressed in an appropriate manner. No instruction booklet in unit or even a phone call from maintenance for instructions. After complaining on the Thursday were sent instructions the day before leaving (Sunday). No compensation for extra meals that we had to have elsewhere which was not in our budget. The reason why you book an apartment is so as you can cook in-house! Wi-fi is non existent, freezer had not been defrosted & kitchen utensils etc had to be washed before using. Power cord across floor to a/c tripping hazard.

Shower wasn't working upon arrival however this was fixed during the stay. The communication aspect for organising such was difficult to find and organise. The kitchen was very small, some dishes were not cleaned properly. No fan in the bathroom. Furniture and decorations on booking were the same however the photos shown are several different layouts so it was a little confusing.

There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom, which was disgusting. Kept me awake almost whole first night. I think something needs to be done about the infestation, else it would become worst.

Location was excellent and in CBD. It was very convenient to me for the places I wanted to visit. I would again stay there if some of the things are better.

There wasn't much to fault during my stay. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

I loved the location of Gia Sydney - it's in the city centre and a short walk away from the ICC, which was perfect for my needs. The pool and gym were fantastic. The apartment is newly renovated, with a fully-equipped kitchen, reliable WiFi, and city views.
