We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe cold breeze that came through the doors because there was a big gap in the door frame and the fixed panel. The noisy toilet and water pump that kept us up at night and the leaky shower head that lacked pressure to clean yourself without standing under the shower for ages. Maintenance is required at the property.

AustraliaOnly some contact with virtually unseen staff apart from on our arrival and departure No television in our room and a very unwelcoming and cold living room in which there was a television which appeared to be difficult to operate so we did not bother to try. All in all we certainly did not feel like welcome guests!!

Australiathe whole property was very shabby in a need of an update from the broken gates with peeling paint to the gardens of the units full of weeds. Our apartment A2had a badly damaged hot plate,a dirty toaster. cupboard doors that didn’t close properly, so disappointed! the whole place needed a good scrub and dust . the only TV was in the bedroom so you had to be in bed to watch it.

AustraliaIt was originally difficult to find our rooms as minimal signage. Only reason we really found it was because another person staying there was there to help. We thought the bed was acceptable until we stripped it on our final day to help the cleaning, only to find worms underneath the sheets. We messaged the person who we were told to message if there was any problems or anything and they still haven't replied, It has been 2 weeks.
Location was good, two turns away from the city centre.

AustraliaThe beds were pretty horrible to be honest. They were so hard both my wife and I struggled to sleep. Also the water went off during our second night. We understand these things happen but didn’t have any communications from the manager or owner until the next day. It would have been preferred to have earlier acknowledgement after I had messaged to say it was off.
