Centrally located in the heart of Glen Waverley with stores, restaurants and public transport a short walk away. Enjoyed the Easter holidays with family.

Nothing we didn't like really...the breakfast buffet was pretty hectic, but it was clearly a busy morning, so there's not much you can do about that.

The room was lovely, very clean, the bed was comfortable. Great location. 11am checkout is a welcome and refreshing change

The reception staff were amazing, we dined in for dinner the was a lady and a young worker he had a mullet they were great. The other waitress were to busy talking in the corner which didn’t look great

During the late hours, there were minimal staff on during this fully booked / concert time, therefore service was compromised and requests not fulfilled in a timely manner. Please ensure adequate staff are available at reception in order to cater for the large requests. Thank you

Hygienic and spacious space to stay, with many amenities. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Great location close to large shopping centre and many delicious local eateries. Very convenient and spacious pick up area outside for drop off/pick ups.

The breakfast was rather average, the breakfast staff totally overloaded and not very attentative.

The location is great with an enormous amount of good restaurants. Hotel has a garage, the rooms are big and I was greeted with a very personal not as an Accor Member. Really nice touch.

Customer service at reception were absolutely useless, 1/10 not just once on various occasions, from phone calls time to answer, said they were dealing with check ins and would call back , but after 1 hour still didn’t call back , when I rang back they were rude and unhelpful - the height of the car park should be on the booking selection for your vehicle as a question before booking as it’s only 2 Mtr and my vehicle didn’t fit which not only was I charged an additional $27 x 2 days for parking per day on top of the motel charges questions, because my car didn’t fit I had to hire a car for 3 days at an extra expense last min as there was no notification of parking height - the staff were unhelpful , tv issues not working correctly no signal dropping out TV and movies not working on Demand and TV series - asked reception again totally useless again, time to check in and wait at front counter 2/10 again useless

Beds and linnin was great towels and house keeping were 10/10 , car parking was 10/10 gym 8/10 poor and 7/10 location 10/10 , the room service meal was exceptional , the chicken Palma and chips were 10/10 but the coke in a glass with ice was 6/10 half flat and I ordered 2 so I could save one for later in the fridge due to no mini bar options and I was expecting a can of coke to arrive and the same goes for the orange juice which was for the next morning and came in a glass as well drinks 2/10 but the cooking palm was amazing Cheif should be commended as it was 10/10 do not change keep Cheif brilliant, I’d come there just for Palma meal !

Unfortunately century cinema walk next door didn't have many restaurants open,, and although our room service food was exceptional, it was quite limited in choice if you don't like Indian food.

Location was fabulous, close to shops, food and transport. Great little pool and gym. Room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing we didint like.

Good sized room, queen bed, good quality furnishings, big tv, well equipped bathroom, separate couch, double glazed windows and good airconditioning. Excellent restarunt - Indian - asian food avaible in the evening. Extensive breakfast offerings. Location in Glen Waverley suited our requirements but might be out of the way for some people depending on the location they needed.

Not a lot. For the price, we thought it was a great stay.

Location. Could stay here for days and not have to drive anywhere. Breakfast everyday…had everything we wanted. Kids loved room service. Loved the pool too…was a lil chilly, but we enjoyed that as it had been warm out. Staff awesome too.
