We stayed in the Motel room, it was very spacious, modern and clean. The location was near the pool and cafe which was great.

Service at the cafe was a little slow.

Location was excellent for our needs, close to theme parks etc. the facilities for the kids was also excellent. Nice and quiet at night. Very friendly staff.

- Broken shower door - the black mould in the bathroom - the massive table in the kitchen area where it is hard to manovourve around. - no air con in the bedroom - it was definitely a cosy cabin!

We liked how close it was to the fun parks. We loved the splash zone and pools for the kids.

Everything, the location was great and close to all the theme parks. The room size was perfect, great facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept so well. The cafe food choices and service was excellent. We loved the pool, the spa and the water slides, absolutely fantastic. The playground and dog park were fantastic for our grandkids.

I loved everything about our stay, only think is being told popcorn is available for movie night and it wasnt.

Loved the Villa, the friendly staff and the activities supplied for the kids over easter weekend. + the Pool and waterpark areas were amazing, Park was epic looked soo brand new and so much fun

There was a man who approached me about my wristband however he was quite rude to me and authoritarian about it. I literally arrived and forgot to put it on as my kids were in a rush to go to the pools. I did end up having it on the whole stay.

No kitchen ware was provided plates bowels or cutlery. When asked they gave us paper plates and some knives and forks. The booking said toaster was included but there wasn’t one in the room. After talking with reception they provided us with one.

Due to Storm some Activities had to be put outside and it made it hard for Staff to get some Activities sorted out due to Different With Sound and Lightning and Craft Activities but it’s not there Fault the Storm Damage the Building were this is most of the time at Over all there did there best 👍

It would have been nice if food could be delivered to your motel room.

My eight years old son loved the jumping pillow, where he made friends and burned up energy while I relaxed. We both also loved the water slides. He enjoyed the pedal go carts. I got exercise while running behind him. We both loved the food sold at the cafe. I liked the fact that my motel room was cleaned each day and new towels and toiletries were supplied. The motel room was air-conditioned and had a small fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly.

Everything! All ages catered for. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Facilities are brilliant Pool, spa, splash park, great playground, gorgeous outdoor kitchen, beautiful bathrooms,great options for all budgets. Food at Cafe good.

Wonderful family holiday that exceeded our expectations by far and love to stay there again. Reception staff, housekeeping and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. Our unit was well equipped and roomy. The bed was comfortable and linen first class. We had a small balcony and table and 2 chairs on ours. There was a car space beside our unit. The laundry had plenty of washing machines and dryers. The pool was surrounded by couches and shade. Also, there was a toddler pool, spa, fantastic water park with slides and a playground. The cafe was a bonus. There was plenty of wildlife, and looking for sleeping koalas was enjoyed by young and old. Also, games room, pedal buggys for hire and fishing in the river provided more entertainment. Nearby was Movie Word, Wet N Wild, Paradise Country, Outdoor Spectacular and Dreamworld.

Beds and pillows weren’t great, no wifi, tv doesn’t have chrome cast or something for those nights the kids are bored and driving you bonkers.

Amenities were awesone, waterpark was AMAZING! The service to your cabana at the pool or waterpark was such a great touch of luxury. The deluxe cabin was great, pillows were a tad uncomfortable so if you’re fussy with your pillows like I am I recommend you bring your own. (I did not and regretted it) 5 minutes from movie world and wet and wild! Amazing! Custer service was also amazing, check in we didn’t even have to get out of our car we pulled up and somone met us at our car and then got our keys and gave us directions. Will hopefully be back!!

We got locked out on the first night, batteries on the front door were dead. Ant infestation in bathroom. Bathroom door lock faulty. Some of the activities could not be accessed, I.e table tennis & Frisbee golf.

Villa and resort was clean. Pool was really nice and water park was fun. Staff were friendly.
