It said it had a sea view and it was a very average sea view. Also, the balcony doors wouldn't unlock. I did message the owner, but he didn't get back to me Was a bit dissapointed

It is advertised and is still advertised as having access to a swimming pool. There is no pool, they used to have access to the hotel next doors pool but no longer do but are still today showing swimming pool pictures in their description on here. The owner reimbursed us $50 for no pool access which we excepted hoping that they would correct their description for future people staying here but they haven’t. A pool is what we always make sure is a part of our holiday accommodation. View is also not there, it is hidden by trees, apparently a view when the tree loses its leaves, if it does. Apartment nice and location great but description of what you are getting is very inaccurate. Very Disappointed!!!!!

It was very tired and run down, curtains were coming out the wall in bedroom and didn’t close properly, cutlery very cheap, not one sharp knife to cut anything up with, walls scratched and damage.

We got 1 dish cloth no paper towels . 1 towel each no face washers. No storage containers it was lacking in every day items that are usually standard in apartments. Needed block out blinds.

Property is in urgent need of a refurbishment. Several knobs missing off kitchen cupboards with screws sticking out. Stains on couch. Hot water consistently turning off and on. WIFI would not connect. TV in bed room did not pick up digital channels only 3|4 of the screen was visible from the bed due to the TV stand. A open box of condoms in bathroom draw. Overall it requires refurbish

I think a fitted sheet on the bed would be better. The toilet seat was wobbly. Kitchen needs a bread board. Some info re wifi password and TV operation would have been helpful

There are a few cupboard handles in the kitchen that are broken or not there.

Location was great. It was easy to get in touch with the owner and he was very accommodating with getting us in early.

Bathroom had nowhere to put anything, shower screen not attached to bath properly. 3 adults but only left 2 glasses so we bought our own. Dated and scuff marks on walls etc. car park was very tight on ramps.

I didn’t like that what I booked through booking .com was not what I was given . Also when I brought this to the attention of John the property contact on the phone to relay my dissatisfaction at being given an apartment practically on the road with a park view and minor water views . He argued with me saying’ there are only 2 apartments available and that l was not listening to him so I ended the call .

The apartment itself was not what I thought I had booked but this is a booking .com issue I believe they don’t show the apartments they have available but a sea view apartment that o booked and didn’t get . Apartment 2023 was lovely but the bath tap was broken , the laundry smells terribly musty /damp and there was no Wi fi under the name stated on the note on the ealll so I could use my laptop

No checking in office or person Check in is a whole lot of codes .directions. And frustrating. The shower bath is very difficult to get in and out there is no room. There are portable steps to use to get in and out a glass section should open but doesnt. The cleaner could do a better job too.. hair on bath drainplug. Fridge hadnt been whiped out properly. Had to put the tv aerial plug back together with the sticky tape its held on by. Washing machine very dirty

The apartment was supposed to have a sea or bay view but the view was only available from the balcony. The car park was poorly designed and difficult to navigate for bigger cars.

The second bedroom looks like it was not meant to be a bedroom. It has no room to move in it. No bedside table or storage space. The only dining area was at the kitchen bench. Very high bath and hard to climb into for a shower.
