Room was immaculate and super comfy. Bed was dreamy to sleep in. Bathroom was spacious and ceiling shower was excellent. We played tennis, badly and enjoyed a swim in the beautiful pool. Glasshouse restaurant was first class and staff at breakfast were super helpful

Don't hesitate to stay here if visiting Tamworth. Our fourth visit and it never disappoints. Stylish accommodation on an authentic working property. The restaurant deserves a hat - sensational. And the bed ...... like sleeping on a cloud!

I stayed in "The Cooks" I thought there would be better cookware because of it being a Cooks Inn, it would be helpful if there was cooking oil, butter and salt and pepper to use at the very least as an option for the best cooking experience inside "The Cooks". There is no compost bin for fruit and veggie waste in order to recycle waste for a greener tomorrow. I look forward to coming back to experience a different room next time.

It did not bother us but the property is 20 minutes away from town, so stock up on essentials before arriving especially if you have accomodation with a kitchen. There is an on-site restaurant, but I do think it would be beneficial to offer the preordering of provisions/food box for arrival (for those guests who may want to cook in accomodation).

Fantastic accomodation - clean and spacious yet had a cosy country feel. The grounds/gardens are immaculate. Staff were very professional and helpful. A great place for a relaxing few days. This would be the perfect property for a large family get together, wedding or event. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location and views. The sheep station was reclaimed into a tranquil modern accommodation maintaining much of its original structures. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Has its restaurant serving excellent food with polite staff. Not too far from the country city Tamworth food venue and other attractions.

I don’t use pillow when sleeping, but I found black moulds on the wall (behind the pillow). The lights in bedroom are very dimmed, but I’d prefer brighter. Even the reception gave me the key, I found it doesn’t open any doors I tried. I found they’re bolt/latch to lock from inside.

My son loves this holiday house very much. We stayed in “The Inn” and very spacious house. I love everything in Kitchen, specially the stove and smeg appliances.

We stayed in the shearer’s quarters and there was nowhere to sit both inside or outside, apart from one chair outside the room facing the next room.Had to use the bed! Would be good to have two chairs and a little table inside the room or at best a deck outside with table and chairs where you could enjoy the rural setting.

loved the pool. quirky reception with very friendly receptionist. Nicely manicured grounds. Restaurant although we could not go Sunday night as it wasn't open, but enjoyed the lovely breakfast the next morning.

Getting woken up at 6am with smoke alarms going off & no fire! wasn't just our accommodation it was all of us in all the cabins. No other problems beautiful property

Lovely meal at the Glasshouse restaurant but expected a lot more variety of beef on the menu as this property is a working cattle station! Was to have breakfast at the restaurant but the fire alarms went off in all cabin at 6am in the morning not just once but twice within ten minutes to the first alarm. This wasn't great very disappointing was so looking forward to a sleep in! therefore we were up so early we left to have breakfast in Tamworth on our way up north. Just unfortunate this was the day for the alarms to go off but otherwise great place to stay when heading north on the New England HWY! just south of Tamworth which is very handy to the township. I did think the room was showing signs of wear and tear, paint chips, cracks in bathroom etc. it would be a full time job maintaining these rooms and the grounds.

We love the peace, tranquility and serenity of the property and we can relax. In the evening the glasshouse restaurant is a perfect way to end the day

An excellent location,superbly presented - from the entrance, the grounds right through the property. Setting was magnificent, staff were friendly and helpful. Glasshouse restaurant served a beautiful dinner. What more can you say? Accommodation at the Shearer’s Quarters was first rate ( the shearers never had it so good).
