There was no iron in the room and limited toilet paper and not enough towels for the number of people staying in the villa. When asking for an iron, we were told one would be sent over but it never arrived.

Check-in was a challenge. Booking.com showed a villa number on our reservation, but this ended up being the incorrect villa and it took us some time to sort through the confusion. If booking here, be sure to look for an email from the property owner/manager to provide the specific details. they may be different than what booking.com has registered.

Toni was fanstastic and the property is very conveniently located. it’s also nice to have access to the amenities at the Ramada, including pool, jacuzzi, gym and restaurant.

The drainage in the shower area is not working. The water flooded the walkway and into the living area.

I think there are some cabins re-decorated and some not, it's fair when you have dozens of cabin in the site. But the pics on the website are the cabins re-decorated, while what we get is not. It is below my expectation when I enter the cabin.

The location is good. Appreciate we could have a cabin in the peak season of Christmas. Easy to find the cabin, easy check-in and check-out, easy to park the car.

The owner Toni was super friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the door lock when we first arrived, she came over straight away and helped us out. The resort has quite a lot facilitates for kids to play.

The dog smell in the rooms

These cute cabins on the seaside peninsula are great. All the things you need in a 2 bedroom cabin. All nicely renovated and clean. The only thing was the dog smell in the main bedroom. Didn’t know that it was a dog friendly place where the dogs can stay in the rooms. Unfortunately it’s very hard to get rid of dog smell. The location is fabulous to beach and to watch the whales.

Just missing hand towels and face washers. We ask Toni for some and we got 1 face washer and 1 hand towel, clean but well stained...I mention that we were 2 people....Bathroom has no rubbish bin and the one in the room is very smelly...

The room was very nice and had everything. well equipped and good size. The resort has everything you need, from pools and spa to playground and barbeque . well maintained and clean.

Outdoor setting covered in leaves and pollen, only one tea spoon, no aerial hooked up to TV in one of the bedrooms.

The deck had not been cleaned or maintained in a while and was very dirty with animal droppings, spider webs and plant leaves/blossom ect. I would suggest this would have been from the weather not being great and it not being used for a while. You would also be fighting a losing battle with the blossom anyway at this time of year.

We decided last minute to book a couple of nights away with the kids. I had originally booked the 2 bedroom but then wanted a bath for the kids and emailed asking if I could change. Toni was so quick to respond and went out of her way to ensure the place was clean and ready for us to use. It was perfectly equipped for the kids with books and games. They fell in love with the 2 penguin teddies while there so we had to go into town and purchase their own! Private deck looking out to bush land which would be amazing in Summer. Close to everything and the on-site restaurant/bar is worth a visit.

The apartment was in a great location, was very cosy and Toni was extremely kind and helpful upon check-in.

The location is perfect as it’s close to all attractions. The Villa is stylish, cosy and has all amenities ( even including kids toys, books and board games).
