Wet Areas need an update very dated and the cabinets showed signs of water damage over the years. Range hood - just vents into the room and needs to vent outside.

Both Pool Areas (heather & 1 not), plus the BBQs were good. Location was great and each room was allocated a car park.

Spacious apartment which was very well equipped for our family of 6. The kids loved the heated pool, games room and free Wi-Fi. Great access to the beach. and close to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

The t.v remote in the lounge did not work. The reception staff said they would get someone to look at it, but in the 6 days we stayed, it wasn't rectified. The 4 slice toaster only worked on one side. The reception staff gave me a 2 slice toaster to replace it with. The main bedroom window and ensuite bathroom windows would not close, so noise echoed up, from other guests. Finally, the sofa in the lounge was stained and needed a good clean. I didn't realise that the apartment was on the 3rd floor when booking, and had to drag 2 suitcases up the stairs.

pools were nice, location to the beach was excellent. Apartment gardens were beautiful. Facilities in the apartment were good. Staff were nice. Bed's were comfy.

Bent key for door difficult to get in making it hard to get door open and then get the key out. Hard mattress.

Great friendly reception from Nelson, we received when we arrived after office hours. Friendly office staff. Nice pool, heated one. Walk to find some food shops. Close to the beach.

- Trying to find parking on the street, it was always full so we had to park around the block. - self contained apartment was old and needed upgrading, the floors where dirty when we arrived, the apartment could of at least had the necessities ie: toilet paper, hand wash, dish washing liquid, garbage bags, enough cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for 6 people. There was only 1 pot, 1 frying pan, 1 tray for the oven. - The oven was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned, the kettle worked sometimes, we kept getting locked in the main bathroom, the handle was broken. We kept running out of hot water. For the price I paid for 8nights 3bedroom apartment for 6 people, it wasn’t very good at all.

One of the light bulbs was not working but we didnt bother.

Warm pool was a real treat for kids. Kitchen was quite new and very functional. We had a large fridge which was a bonus for us as we do not prefer eating outside much.

the so called policy of paying 14 before check in, if that was the case the why didn't the resort ask for payment 14 days in advance and nor 10 days before check in as they did, stating it was policy, I feel they made the rules up as they went

Our only complaint is It was a grimy and the tiled floors were sticky. There was no daily service and no cleaning product so we had to buy our own. We found a vacume cleaner in the cupboard but it was full of dirt and really smelly and the mop was very worn.

The pools were amazing. We used them everyday. The apartment was a good size and beds were comfy. Was great to have own washing machine and dryers.

The apartments seemed individually owned, which meant some units had better facilities and furniture than others. Apartment 54 was great.

Original room we were placed in was really awful and I am not a fussy person but definately not what you expect when paying for a family holiday. Broken and mismatched furniture and really really dirty. The staff were really helpful and moved us to a room that was just wonderful, absolute opposite of the room we had come from.
