Plumbing, lack of hot water, wash basin doesn’t have hot water, laundry hot water comes in bursts, not continuously, mixer doesn’t work, cold water for the mixer is permanently connected to the washing machine

very basic accomodation, may be 2*. beds were uncomfortable, grooves in the mattress. no lamps,power plug in the bedroom. stinky AC when we turned it on, had to turn it off quickly as unable to breathe. we were meant to stay for 4 nights but left after 2 nights as it was so uncomfortable and gross.

the location was great, just walking distance to the beach ans bbq at the park.

Everything was there that you needed and was super good, But... the shower pressure needs looking at.

Dealing with the owner prior to the stay was excellent. The accomodation was great. Central to Jurien.

May need to look at the floors in the shower, clogged up easily( all the sand from the beach) understandable.

We enjoyed that the beach was a 1 min walk away! The beds were really comfortable..we also really appreciated the extra blankets thay were available.

Nothing not to like. Just one suggestion, to place roller blinds on the windows, mainly the kitchen.

Everything but food and personal items were supplied. It was a home away from home. I even brought my own portable fan to have in the bedroom, not needed, one was supplied. The location was unreal, close enough to absolutely everything yet far away from the raucous. To say it's close to the beach is an understatement. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners even allowed us in earlier due to us having travelled 3 hours and arriving in 42 degrees heat. She even switched the a.c. on for us ! It's your typical beach shack, but we couldn't have asked for more. I also contacted owner about an extra person we brought with us, incase I needed to pay extra, which was not required. If we return to Jurien Bay, this is certainly our preferred location. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I have neck and shoulder issues, forgot to bring my orthopaedic pillow, did not matter, I slept so well.

Can't think of anything. Maybe wifi would have been nice but that would be pickey.

Location is excellent. A short walk to the beach (less than 100m). A short walk to the pub/shops (about the same distance to the beach really). Nice and quiet at night.

The Bathroom had water coming through ceiling vent, mould on ceiling in bathroom plus every other room. toilet system leaked plus made loud whistling noise when flushed and wouldn't stop. Dead insects on floor. Inside of kettle was mouldy. Bedhead in bedroom had dust on it

Management were understanding and generous by giving refund for stay because of my reasons why I wouldn't stay for second night. Close to foreshore and great children's play area Management was easy to contact, polite plus went to lengths to make amends for my Disappointment

Noisy. Building site next door, workmen are staying in one if the other units. Not very clean. Whilst bedding etc was clean the cupboards in the kitchen were dirty and crockery had to be washed before use. Cold. Only one ac unit that does heat however lack of insulation means heat is lost rapidly. Unit is old with poor quality fixtures and fittings, I expect more for the price.

Very old units with no power outlets in bedrooms. We dont like your payment terms. We were charged extra because we chose to pay on arrival but there was no one there so we paid more. Poor value. By our website also said there was only 2 left..joke!! We were the only one's in First night and 2 on the second.

A good coat of paint would liven the unit as well as some new curtains. Clean windows would have been a bonus. The unit was very old and it was obvious. With winter about to arrive some warm sheets would be appreciated.

Easy access to property. A quiet street with a walk to the beach. Lovely foreshore development. Very quiet location. Just a short stroll to cafe and jetty. Loved the large fry pan for cooking and clean stove.

1 mattress is almost due for a replacement!

Although old the unit had everything that you needed! Extra blankets, lots of extra kitchen equipment! It was a close walk to so many things! Great view!

The refrigerator was broken and despite calling and texting the host with photographic evidence of the refrigerator flooding the floor, the host was non-responsive. Poor value for money, all my food was spoiled and I had to go and buy an esky and ice each day to keep food cold. Not reliable hot water system. Constantly runs hot/cold.

The only good thing about this property is that it was across the road from the beach.
