We checked out of the room at 9:55am but by the time we got down to the car park gate our key was invalid. Would be nice to have maybe 15 min grace period to allow time to get car out as well.

It was lovely in every way. Beds were comfy, kitchen/lounge were equipped with everything you would have at home.

Several things were disappointing: there was no dishwasher in our kitchen, even though it stated it in our booking and was listed in our room facilities. There was a locked adjoining door to next unit- which was very odd, especially as we were sold a one bedroom deluxe unit. The rooms are not soundproofed- it was exceptionally noisy with neighbouring apartment occupied- the neighbours were not loud but walls very thin and acoustics through the roof. The occupants next door sounded as though they could have been in our room- this really impacted our stay and kept us all awake. The dining room light was tripping/ flashing on and off- I reported it directly on first day but no one responded back and it was never fixed.

The entry system was a bit long winded, but not a big deal.

I found it quite difficult to do the online key thing, not a fan at all We were in an adjoining room for one of the nights and we could hear everything they said, I know they were being quiet. Could even hear him snoring Next night it was great that room was empty

The remote key system was very annoying. It consistently didn't work and required us to ring the remote reception multiple times to have it rebooted to work.

The property was very clean and well designed, but this is expected at the price. The location was very handy for our work.

Bad service, very very bad. 1. The manager gives as the wrong digital key to one of our rooms, and it’s expired, so we cannot access to room at all. 2. The attitude of the staff is very bad. She agreed to let the security to help unlock the door, but she asked as to wait at the door for 45 minutes, otherwise the security will just leave if he doesn’t see us. It’s not our fault, why we should wait outside and cannot leave for such a long time after 10pm?

We had trouble with the keyless check in and door opening. We had to download yet another app on the phone. It took a while to work it out and was a pain to have to use 3 times each time we wanted to get back into the room. We also had trouble working the combo washing machine and drier. We could not get the door to unlock after it was finished and ended up having to call management to get staff to open the door. The kitchen and bathroom were large, but the rest of the space was taken up with the bed. Therefore, nowhere to sit down. and relax. Also nowhere to store our luggage. Maybe we were too old for this type of accommodation, but the information on Booking is misleading, I think. The price was outrageous, but we stayed there because we booked too late and everywhere else was booked out. I would never stay in a place like this again.

It was a good location, close to a tram stop, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The bathroom was good, and so was the large bed. The kitchen was modern and well appointed.

The first night we stayed, we were woken up all night by noisy visitors in other rooms. This went on until about 3am. Our room shared a door with an adjoining apartment and we could hear EVERYTHING they were saying and doing plus light came through the edges of the door when we were trying to sleep. Something weird was going on with the lights and fan in the bathroom and the fan would keep turning off and the switch to turn it on and off would change? Odd circuiting.

The shower has good water pressure and the bed was comfortable.

The noise transfer between rooms due to an interconnecting door. You could see light coming through from next door. I could hear nearly every word of a 3/4 hour phone conversation at 11:00 PM. The person was not speaking that loudly.

Three things 1. The noise from the Pilates class at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday morning, did not appreciate at all 2. No information on where to park, it was not clear which bays were for the apartment we were staying in 3. The app to unlock the doors, it can only be used on one phone, not user friendly if more people want to have access to go and come as they like

- check in process was a really pain. needed to download and app and provide a copy of drivers license with no transparency as to how such sensitive is used/stored, kept safe etc. Do they comply with the Privacy Act? - bed super uncomfortable, way too soft - smell from bathroom drain

I did not like the app key as a solo female traveller, any day the tech doesn't work when you arrive in the middle of the night...what happens then? It does not inspire safety. Also the walls are paper thin which meant I heard the neighbours come home late my first night and heard every single word of their conversation. Nit fun after a late flight.

The room was located perfectly where I needed it to be and was clean and presentable. Having a supermarket just down the road was really convenient.

How can you have a Pilates and aerobics studio below your room playing music from 6.30am to 8pm at night when you want your sleep or have a conference call and your directly above it. Why would you allow such a space to be rented for that purpose.
