There was no reception and the App was stressful and required 4 telephone calls and numerous texts to get working. Noise levels in the apartment were quite high.

A small negative - we left our room at 10am but with Mum having Alzheimer's it took 10 minutes to get downstairs and to the parking gate - by this stage we were locked out and had to call to get it opened - might be nice to have a 15min leeway.

The apartment was so lovely we all said that we could easily live in it. Loved the layout, the amenities, having a laundry, a coffee machine, and two bathrooms - including one with a bath (and the toiletries are Australian brand, Nood). Apartment is beautifully styled, clean and felt fresh. Large balcony - perfect for dining and relaxing. Conveniently located.

Lots of security taps from car to room when unloading luggage from car but ok once a routine is worked out. Missed the driveway first time but can go around the block. Don't try to turn in from city side of Goodwood Road.

Spotlessly clean. Very new apartment. Quiet at night. Large bathroom. Comfortable sofa. Adequate facilities to cook in the room or can walk to numerous eateries & supermarket. Secure, free parking, although a little tight for larger cars. Didn't realise I had to run video every time I used the digital key but Steven was available on the phone to help. Appreciated the coffee machine. Great introductory offer on price. Stayed in a bedroom apartment.

Communication could have been a bit more explicit. Understanding that you needed an app for the key, that they would be sent to the specific people. Also how that key works in relation to getting into the carpark etc - luckily for us there were other people around at the time that could assist. The staff were great, just the information surrounding the initial process could be enhanced.

The gates locked when I was trying to leave but because I was a couple of minutes after 10am to get my car the gates wouldn't open, then we got someone to open them, but then when I was leaving out the gates with my car, the gates locked and wouldn't open. Because of this issue, I was stuck in the car park for almost an hour and ended up being very late to my important event. This was very disappointing and upsetting.

The decor was beautiful, kitchen was pretty and I liked how we could get in by the phone.

Modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed and a sofa bed. Very close to city centre.

The online pre-check in process and the requirements to download the App, and pre- registration to enable you to use the mobile phone to access your room were too complicated & not user-friendly, especially when you are travelling, on the move & in remote areas with no internet access. Never again!!!

This wasn't a planned stay but when we come up to our apartment we were so happy and pleased on this place. It was only for an overnight stay but everything was immaculate. And from a long drive from Melbourne we just crashed onto the beds. The area was great with everything close by. Would definitely come back again. Very happy family indeed😊
