During our stay at the hotel, we noticed that the soundproofing between the rooms connected by a door was not very effective. We could hear the conversations and activities of the neighboring guests as if they were in our own room. There was a somewhat embarrassing incident when a young couple next door didn't realize how easily sound traveled since they were enjoying their own time, but we were fortunate that we didn't have children with us to explain them what’s really going on. Overall, it would be great if the hotel could improve the soundproofing for a more peaceful stay.

Superb location, clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities available. Everything was just perfect including the staff.

All good. Another chair on the balcony and something to sit on inside to watch the large tv would be nice instead of having to be on the bed. Needed a phone to enter the building which was awkward when only one needed to go out. No direct access to building from the carpark. No big deal for a short stay but would annoy if staying for a longer time.

New apartment with all that is required for a stay in Adelaide, with a kitchen with cooking utensils etc., , crockery and a small table if needed. The bed was super comfortable. The balcony caught the afternoon sun which was nice. Bathroom is large and parking secure with locked gates after entering. Though not a large apartment it is thoughtfully laid out to maximize space. Close to tram stop for Glenelg or city and plenty of eateries and supermarkets in walking distance.

the dishwasher was bit smelly hasn’t been cleaned and the washing machine smelly and needed a clean and maintenance

very modern everything is provided /included in the property 3 large screen tvs / didn’t use because wasn’t sure how to log in kitchen appliances are new and excellent condition

We checked out of the room at 9:55am but by the time we got down to the car park gate our key was invalid. Would be nice to have maybe 15 min grace period to allow time to get car out as well.

It was lovely in every way. Beds were comfy, kitchen/lounge were equipped with everything you would have at home.

Several things were disappointing: there was no dishwasher in our kitchen, even though it stated it in our booking and was listed in our room facilities. There was a locked adjoining door to next unit- which was very odd, especially as we were sold a one bedroom deluxe unit. The rooms are not soundproofed- it was exceptionally noisy with neighbouring apartment occupied- the neighbours were not loud but walls very thin and acoustics through the roof. The occupants next door sounded as though they could have been in our room- this really impacted our stay and kept us all awake. The dining room light was tripping/ flashing on and off- I reported it directly on first day but no one responded back and it was never fixed.

I found it quite difficult to do the online key thing, not a fan at all We were in an adjoining room for one of the nights and we could hear everything they said, I know they were being quiet. Could even hear him snoring Next night it was great that room was empty

Access to apartment via app on phone, if internet went down no access. I was locked out of apartment at 9.00am after a walk, luckily my wife was still inside, and had to struggle with 2 suitcases and bags leaving the apartment.

The remote key system was very annoying. It consistently didn't work and required us to ring the remote reception multiple times to have it rebooted to work.

The property was very clean and well designed, but this is expected at the price. The location was very handy for our work.

Bad service, very very bad. 1. The manager gives as the wrong digital key to one of our rooms, and it’s expired, so we cannot access to room at all. 2. The attitude of the staff is very bad. She agreed to let the security to help unlock the door, but she asked as to wait at the door for 45 minutes, otherwise the security will just leave if he doesn’t see us. It’s not our fault, why we should wait outside and cannot leave for such a long time after 10pm?

We had trouble with the keyless check in and door opening. We had to download yet another app on the phone. It took a while to work it out and was a pain to have to use 3 times each time we wanted to get back into the room. We also had trouble working the combo washing machine and drier. We could not get the door to unlock after it was finished and ended up having to call management to get staff to open the door. The kitchen and bathroom were large, but the rest of the space was taken up with the bed. Therefore, nowhere to sit down. and relax. Also nowhere to store our luggage. Maybe we were too old for this type of accommodation, but the information on Booking is misleading, I think. The price was outrageous, but we stayed there because we booked too late and everywhere else was booked out. I would never stay in a place like this again.

It was a good location, close to a tram stop, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The bathroom was good, and so was the large bed. The kitchen was modern and well appointed.
