Delightful really. As adults it was roomy enough for us.

A few minor repairs needed. Tap on handbasin needs the insert glued on. The sliding door lock onto the patio very gard to operate. Toilet door latch sticks. The two seater couch is a safety hazard as the cushions keep sliding out and I completely slipped off onto the floor. The water is dreadful to drink so a filter would be great. We didn't have hot weather but if we did that back area would be so hot. A ceiling fan would be ideal. That nectarine tree fruit was so wasted. Prune the tree right back so the fruit can be picked and enjoyed. Small adjustments but big impact.

The location was great. Quiet but close enough to town so we could walk. The beds were very comfy. The linen was lovely and good quality. The space was enough for 3 adults. Great selection of books, games and videos etc.

Perhaps include a few more large water carboys as the tap water is unpleasant. Also a corkscrew.

Great location - walkable to most places in Port Fairy

A couple of really minor things we might change but not something to complain about. The check in email from booking.com came after the check in date. The agent was very friendly though and was very helpful

Good accommodation and location, however, the shower water pressure is a deal breaker!

Shower water pressure - the shower water is virtually non-existent. Not sure what's going on, however my entire family felt this was a deal breaker for a sea-port destination. After swimming/surfing at the beach, a non-existent trickle just doesn't cut it. So bad that I couldn't wash hair after a run. We would recommend this property, if this was addressed. The front blinds are ripped and mouldy - these should really be replaced as brings down the property, not to mention the obvious health issues of mould in a house. This really should be addressed ASAP.

Great location, lovely little house that's well presented, save for a few aged/tatty elements. Can walk into town easily.
