How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No conditioner in bathroom, only shampoo.
The property was immaculate and very clean, private bathroom was also clean and modern. Lovely fresh towels supplied for bathroom. Well equiped with the basics and everything I needed. Bed was clean and comfortable. Being on a busy road and a solo traveler I felt safe and secure with the safety screen door aswell as a locked glass door. Staff were helpful. Park is in a great location, walking distance to the Main Street of Gundagai. Thank you for a great stay, will definitely be back.

FANTASTIC...kindly gave us an upgrade of room which was superb and very much appreciated. The room a luxurious motel room. spotless, heavenly beds. Staff at check-in were brilliant, Angel went above & beyond. Definitely a place we would highly recommend. Thank you

Can't say I didn't like, as for what we used it for, just a night passing through, in Autumn. It was perfect. A heater in the bathroom would be good, like the IXL tastic lights.
We only stayed one night on our way home to Melbourne from QLD, and it was perfect for that. However, I wouldn't want to stay much longer as not very comfortable to relax in, being mainly just the bed and the two stools. In the winter I think would be too cold to use outside bathroom too in the nights, no heating in there.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Just a suggestion from us was that a small mirror behind the cupboard door would have been nice to have, and also, sitting up on the bed against the back wall to watch tv or read, the bed kept being pushed out from the wall.
We were staying just one night, passing through. The park is close to all facilities, walking distance to town, shops and eating joints. The Caravan park was very clean and tidy. We thought the tiny houses and the drive through caravan facilities were an excellent idea.

Whole room was very clean except for a couple of spots in the bathroom that were overlooked. An easy fix though.
Great location within walking distance to Main Street and outdoor recreation . Has basic needs covered for reheating food or hot drinks & storage of cold food.

Excellent location quiet but near Motorway. Mature couple, stayed in spacious, exec.triple room motel suite. Good price, all facilities, free wifi, very clean, car park at front of room. Town centre close for restaurants etc. Staff friendly.

It is not a negative, but we had not realised that the private bathroom was actually outside of the Home living area, so you needed to be organised when going for a shower.
We stayed in a Tiny Home. It was indeed small, but had everything we needed inc a handy kitchenette. The space (living area and bathroom) were very clean.

Walls between units are a bit thin.
