Gorgeous location nestled between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, friendly and helpful staff, the cabin itself was updated, very clean and had everything we needed, amazing sunsets from Little Beach. Will definitely be making this a future family holiday destination. Thank you.

Key to cabin door was bent making it difficult to lock and unlock door. Boom gate to get into park was faulty. Gate bounced up and down after each car/van went through meaning you had to wait for gate to stop doing this before being able to successfully put in code and get through.

The one bedroom cabin was well set out and perfect for a couple. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location was great, it was right beside lighthouse, an easy walk to the wharf, shops and cafes, and next to beach which was perfect for watching the sunset .

The location was superb, the facility was exceptional and very clean. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what recommendations were suitable to us in ref to food and recreational activities. Will definitely be booking again.

The only complaint: fans are on steroids, would have loved lower settings, the lowest was like a helicopter, so couldn't put fan on whilst sleeping. To have some air flow at night, tried opening window, however the blind would bang against window frame, so had to shut window.

Love the location, especially access to both beaches, couldn't be better! The villa had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Well thought out.

No complaints We did hope to book for another 3 nights around the same time in 2023 but we need to wait until later in the year we were advised - this is disappointing, but we can understand why you would prefer to hold out for weekly bookings if possible

Located within walking distance to both Nelsons Bay and Shoal Bay which makes it very handy, as parking can be at a premium during peak times. The cabins are well appointed and very clean and tidy - value for money

Place was super clean, had the amenities we needed and while we didn’t need to use the shared facilities as the house was fully equipped, they were updated, clean and some of the best I’ve seen at a holiday caravan park. wedged between two beach access points, the location was great and close to shops, cafes and the town centre

Lovely clean cabin,great facilities.Beautiful safe swimming beach.Enjoyed the walk to tea rooms and marine station. Convenient takeaway with nice selection of hot food.Had a lovely dinner at The Boathouse restaurant.Will definately return.

the playground was great however does need safety mesh across large gaps & grip / no stick strips on the step edge of the playground. With all the bark chips, kids kept slipping over on steps & the large cut out sections is dangerous for kids under 5.
