The floor boards were very creeky and noisy , no milk for tea in fridge .

Didn’t have much in the way of cooking supplies. Outside furniture and grill weren’t really clean. Low water pressure.

Cooling in the rooms was reliant on the air conditioning at the other end of each level. One of the pictures for the property depicted what looked like a welcome bottle of wine (which we didn't get), coffee pods weren't replenished from the previous renters.

Walking distance to a decent local restaurant. Not bad walk into Halls Gap itself. Neighbours were quiet.

Magnificent view! Lots of wildlife in the backyard. We can sit back and watch them without disturbing them.

Not really an issue but it is outside of Halls Gap so need car to pop into Halls Gap for eating or the small supermarket.

Nice roomy house. Open view of the bush from the dining room and lounge - great for watching emu, kangaroo and a variety of birds. Two good sized bathrooms. Full facility kitchen and laundry room.

Just please make sure you clean the rangehood more often, it was dripping old fat on our food, it took me 30 minutes to clean it. And you probably need to sort the black mould in grout of downstairs bathroom.

Beautiful place, great spot. Just close enough to town, but feels remote out on balcony. And the kangaroos, emus, deer and so many birds visiting us out the back was magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to book again or suggest it to our friends . Thankyou.

No lighting outside the house. It was pitch dark and cold when we arrived. It took us a while to find the place and the lockbox. It was not easy to open the lockbox and we had to call the owner for help.

Old furniture and kitchen utensils. No paper towels, dish brush, or anything to clean the BBQ with. Empty oil and vinegar bottles in the kitchen, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Needed a bit more attention.

Wildlife viewing from the terrace was great! Clean property.

Plastic hot water kettle, it will be good if it is replaced with stainless steel or glass, broken/chipped plates, very dirty bbq top that we need to clean multiple times before we can use it. No sponges to clean the plates/utensils, so have to use dishwasher all the time. Creaky timber/wooden floor on the 2nd floor.

Love the proximity to all the wonderful things in Grampians! Love the proximity to nature and animals right at your back door, Kangaroos, emus, ducks, parrots, cockatoos, just amazing!! We love the entertainment amenities, videos, netflix, boardgames, cards, fantastic selection of books!

the floors upstairs are so loud that you cannot sleep when in the downstairs bedroom. every time anyone moved up there you were woken

The floors on the first floor were very noisy when someone was walking around. This is very annoying when there are people sleeping downstairs. The water pressure on the first floor is very poor when water is in use on the ground floor.

The townhouse is spacious with everything you need. There is a private parking space and the outdoor area is very good with comfy chairs. The lounges were also comfy. There is a restaurant within walking distance and the town is only a short drive away. Such a pity the emu's didn't come to greet us.
