We had one room with bunk beds and it was pretty tight - small room so felt a bit crammed but it was ok for 2 nights. Would have loved one of the pools to be a bit warmer as it was quite chilly when we were there.

Lovely friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Loved having a fire pit to enjoy with family at night and the park it is in a great location - away from the main town centre so feels like you out in the wilderness more. The apartment itself was so spacious and had everything we needed for 2 nights away - much bigger than expected

The lodge we stayed in was lovely the only constructive criticism would be that all the spot lights needed some dimmer switches on, for so.a more soother lighting experience.

Check in was very easy and the staff very welcoming. Our cabin was excellent. Very well provisioned and clean and comfortable. The date was lovely and convenient for the town and all the local tourist spots.

We had to leave a day early due to extreme fire warning and the National Park being closed. Though this is nothing the tourist park could do anything about. We even got a refund for that night.

We had everything we needed after a long day on the road: a comfy bed, al hot shower, a silently working AC and a fridge.Additionally we had a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave and stove top that we could cook our own meals. Everything was nice and clean and spacious for 2 people. Staff was very friendly, understanding and helpful. Cockatoos inhabted the place and were not shy, very delightful.

Everything about Halls Gap Lakeside Tourist Park is on point! Perfect! Exceed our expectation in every way. The staff are friendly, kind and welcoming and really helpful! We went there for 2 nights but unfortunately during the time the national park was closed. The staff recommend us other stuff we can do at Halls Gap and also help us check the update news of the nation park. Our cabin is cute and has all the things we need (kitchen, kitchenware, bbq stove, etc). The cabin is also nice and clean! Beds are great and comfy. The location is also very good. There are lots of wildlives we are able to meet (kangaroos, emu, cockatoos, and other birds). The price is reasonable and very good for what the room we got!

Tv in the cabin is in a random area; corner of room near dining area BUT I assume this is due to where it can be plugged in (wires etc) AND it doesn’t really matter as you can see the tv from the open space lounge/dining area.

A lovely Holiday Park with friendly and helpful staff! Up to date and contemporary designed cabin (Spa Deluxe), clean and spacious. A short drive (5mins or less) to the main town in Halls Gap. Lots of bike / walking tracks to travel into town.

They tried to charge me before my arrival but didn’t notify me prior. The tiles on the suite’s bathroom floor were broken.

Location was perfect, close to the city but also peacefully out of the main drag. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Heated pool was also very good!

Unfortunately sometimes loud and selfish people camping nearby or large groups having parties and talking late. Not really the sites fault.

Great wildlife right next to the campsite. Awesome place for hiking. Good facilities.

Swimming pool area relatively small - overcome that by going for a swim in the dam.

Being so close to nature. The glamping tent’s location within the park gives stunning views and quiet - away from the crowds. Good and clean facilities.

No wi-fi in the accommodation coupled with virtually no network connection either! Made it difficult for kids to unwind when back from long walks out. Wi-fi only available at a Hub next to reception and another Hub in the grounds but didn't extend past these areas.

Had everything we could need. Very comfortable beds and for a small cabin there was still plenty of room for our large family to move around, including an extendable dining table. Very good gas oven and stove top, large fridge and clean kitchen area that made it easy to make meals just like being at home. Loved the outdoor balcony style area with the Webber BBQ. The cockatoos and wildlife coming close to the accommodation was so amazing!

The tent was aesthetically pleasing and practical. It was quite private for a tent and camping experience. Beautiful view and very clean. The sheets were immaculate and comfy bed! All the other shared facilities are quite clean and works well! I loved reading the write ups on the wall. Other campers were respectful, friendly and considerate. Kangaroos, cockatoo and kookaburras in the area. Highly recommended!
