Bathroom was clean but needs a proper shower . Difficult/hazardous entry to shower bath .Fly wire doors at rear of living area need replacing . Cups and mugs need replacing . Need new frypan .Otherwise kitchen very good .

The beds in the second bedroom are a bit soft and springy.

Inside the apartment was spacious and comfortable and the aircon worked well throughout our stay. We had a great view of the ocean from the main bedroom and balcony. We liked the big balcony and having a bbq. The pick up and drop off service were great and it was nice to have a buggy included for us to use for the week. Another great feature is having your own washing and dryer in the apartment.

Fixtures and fittings in the bathroom could really do with replacing.

The meet and greet at the airport and ongoing use of the Golf Cart was brilliant. Great venue and while we all know One Tree Hill is the spot for sunsets, absolutely nothing wrong with the sunsets from the balcony. As such we watch all of them from Compass8.

We were only given 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels. I would have been nice to have 2 bath towels per person so we could wash one and use while we used the other. Some more tea towels would be good as we only had one for 7 days. We did not get any hand towels provided. These are not majors and we could have asked for more but we felt to embarrassed and were not use if we could have more.

The guy who picked us up for at the airport had a sign with our names on it. He was easy to locate and friendly. He got us to our place quickly. I loved having a golf buggy to ride around the island in. Our buggy was great I just wish the indercaters had a sound to tell you it was still on. The view from our deck was so perfect. Every night we watched beautiful sun sets. I so loved our stay. The kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Maybe a new sharp knife would be helpful. The beds were comfortable. We had asked for 2 kings but we got 2 singles in one room and 1 king in the other room. There were no sheets to set up the singles as a king. Over all I enjoyed our stay there were just a few little details that were missed. The place was clean with a great view and a well set up kitchen.

The sound from upstairs neighbours were louder than I thought. You could hear every footstep. A few little things like bad wifi, flat batteries in the remotes and leaky toilet, back seatbelt on the buggy was sticky etc but all little things that didn’t negatively effect our holiday in general. It was still a lovely and comfortable apartment for our week. we BBQ’ed on the deck every night and swam in the pool every morning. The staff were lovely and helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying again.

The unit is a little tired. Lovely big leather lounge that's in need of a good dust. A bit of an issue with hot water in the shower, it kept going cold. I didn't like the step up to the bath and the shower over the bath. The bathroom is plenty big enough to have separate bath and shower.

Lovely location. Nice and quiet. Great having the buggy to drive around on. Very generous sized apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need.

Unable to access Wifi on the smart TV. Needed to charge the unit to access Wifi. Fortunately we had a compatible charger with us.

Very well equipped with all the home comforts including air conditioning, ceiling fans and everything you need in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable. Two great decks with plenty of outdoor seating to relax and take in the incredible view. The pool was the perfect place for the kids to spend the day.

The front door lock was faulty, the seatbelt buckle on buggy was faulty (& no one fixed it after two calls), we didn’t get a room clean or fresh towels unless I asked for it despite staying 10nights

The tap in the bath seemed worn and was hard to adjust the temperature. The plugs didn't seem to fit properly. The internet made it hard to stream our shows from binge and stan. Netflix worked well. All in all though enjoyed our stay and will recommend Compass 8 to others.

Floors were dirty. Rear passenger seat belt of the buggy was a struggle to undo everytime. The guys from ICare sprayed it for us but it was still a problem so let them know would be best to replace it with a new one.

Spacious with good layout. Great deck area. Loved the view/sunsets & watching boats come & go. Loved that it is right next to the pool.

The property needs a housekeeping list ie. Wifi password, how to work the oven etc etc. Brochures need to be updated as pricing wasn't up to date. Minimal issues

Location was amazing, not only with the view but also easy access to all areas on the island. Great set up on the deck for lounging & sunsets. Valet service was welcoming & personable.

Bedding was not cleaned properly and had stains all over it. Staff were very accommodating to swap it over when requested.

The view was amazing. It was so beautiful. The living area was a good size. The staff were very accommodating to all of our needs including a late check out to suit our flight.

Unit was not cleaned 100%. Some signs of age requiring a spruce up (broken furniture, stained walls). Could hear every word spoken by guests in upstairs unit.
