Issues with power to the electric gate on Friday night meant we missed our dinner plans as our vehicle was stuck inside the carpark, unable to leave. The contact person through Booking.com was not particularly helpful. Laneway and access to carpark was narrow and difficult regardless of the electric gate issue. Soundproofing could be improved. I could easily hear the doors opening and closing to the other apartments through the night from my bedroom.

The location was good, with easy access to the city via the light rail.

The parking situation. Someone parked in our spot which meant I had to park on the street which was 1 hour - lucky I didn’t get a ticket!! Also check in was difficult, the front door was hard to open.

Water leakage from bathroom floor in front of toilet, strong musty smell upon first entering and pool of dirty water in dishwasher.

Had a lot of issues with entering/exiting the lodge using security pads & codes, especially the rear gate. In wet weather the rear access via the metal stairs is not great.

The amenities could have been more generous; two rolls of toilet paper and four coffee pods for two guests for five days? It was also quite noisy with the main door slamming often and the door to our apartment didn’t seem to lock securely.

Fantastic location and the newly refurbished apartment was bright and spacious with really comfortable beds. It was a joy to come back to each day.

Only problem we had was with the door codes. We arrived at the same time another group of traveler's who codes also didn't work. They ended up calling to get the door codes to work. Our code to the back gate to park the car never worked the entire stay unfortunately and that's why I gave a score of a 9. We had to either jump the gate or send someone up and down the four flights of stair to get inside. Other than that issue it was an awesome apartment.

Loved the big rooms and how clean everything was. Kitchen had all the items needed for cooking and was even a coffee machine. Very enjoyable stay close to restaurants, bars and bus stops.

Any issues go through a 3rd party company, which had some communication difficulties. Bit stressful (4 phone calls back and forth), resulting in the manager contacting us directly to solve the issue. All solved in the end, and had stress-free rest of stay.

Beautiful apartment in a nice suburb. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable beds. Street with shops, restaurant and bus route nearby.

Loved the place once we worked out the check in process which was extremely frustrating. It took an intervention from Booking.com to actually get someone to have a conversation with me about the process. Easily fixed once we could have an actual conversation. I think it’s unacceptable that everything is done online without any phone number that allows direct contact.

The unit was so clean. Perfect location with a car park. Everything we need. If the price can stay around the same we will definitely be using this unit whenever we come to Sydney. Such prompt service and always came back to me asap.

Only thing (which property can’t control), was the tight street entry to car park. Internal car park was fantastic but cars parking to close to gate made it difficult getting in and out.

Spacious, luxurious and clean. Best we have stayed at in area. Will be coming back in future if available. Great central location, close to Glebe shops and pubs.
