The accommodation is fantastic. A wonderful view, the room has everything I needed with great quality, comfort and cleanliness. The common areas also exceeded my expectations with various facilities and entertainment. All questions and requests were fully answered with immediate feedback.

The location is absolutely beautiful, we saw the sun rise, & then set, amongst beautiful grounds with about 100 kangaroos whilst staring directly at Hanging Rock. It's amazing. Breakfast was beautiful & plentiful, bacon, eggs, delicious sourdough and lots of other nice things to eat too. The fire pit is a hit, what a beautiful place to stay. Thanks Chris for communication throughout, very helpful.

Sliding screen door required maintenance for easier access to enjoy the outdoor patio. Basic cleaning of room missed the 5* mark.

The location and views. Pre-checkin communication and local area notes. Kitchenette set up and small food packages and presentation were great. ( Just need more oats for breakfast rather than coco pops.)

Everything was ok.

Quiet and relaxing. Everything meticulously had been provided. Bush walking on the property. Walking alongside a creek (cascades and a waterfall). Gaiters in case of snakes are provided. Short drive to the hustle and bustle of Hanging Rock.

This is a stunning property with a very apt name. Had no idea what it would be like but being all on one level suited our needs as travelling with my elderly parents. Wildlife abounds - hundreds of kangaroos feed outside the accommodation and also saw wild deer Breakfast supplies plentiful

The room allows for self catering, which is the main reason we booked this accommodation. Unfortunately, the work space for preparing any meal is very limited and becomes very cluttered. Even preparing the breakfast (from the generous quantity of ingredients which were provided) was a bit of a challenge with the limited power points and bench space. That said, the stay was very enjoyable and we did manage to self cater.

The location is fantastic. It is very private and the room was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. A huge bonus for us was the wildlife - loads of kangaroos and a family of deer to watch with morning coffee.

Breakfast/lunch provisions including bacon, eggs, sourdough loaf, cherry tomatoes, oats, cereals, butter, milk and spreads. Other snacks included mixed nuts, crackers with cheese spread. The bed was super comfy. Modern and spacious room. We made use of the table and chairs outside the suite to watch the kangaroos, enjoy the views of Hanging Rock and eat some of our meals. Kitchen items provided including induction cooktop. Additional teas, cocoa, fruit and biscuits provided in large dining and lounge area at the entrance to the suites. Excellent communication from property manager with updates re total fire ban days, places to visit, eateries etc. and replied in a timely manner to any matters we raised. Plenty of space to wander around the property with outdoor BBQ area and art installations.

A very peaceful stay with the most beautiful surroundings. You couldn't ask for more. The hosts thought of everything, and the breakfast and snacks were wonderful. Kangaroos and sunsets at night and serenity in the morning. A gorgeous place.

If you’re looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this property is the ideal location. It is quiet and perfectly secluded but not too far away from the towns nearby for food. We had a quiet NYE celebration in the unit. Loved the hundreds of kangaroos greeting (or staring) us in the evening, just outside the glass door of the unit.
