The beds were super comfy. Great spot for kids and close to beaches. We stayed in the cabin, which was set at the back of the park. Which was quiet and had lots of room for the kids to run around.

How slippery the step was when you stepped out of the pool where I feel hurt my arm n bum

We had to check in late due to unexpected circumstances and we couldn’t inform the staff about this as we kept losing reception. Early that day we had confirmed that we are definitely arriving. their check in was from 1 to 6 and we arrived at 6.30 to find the reception closed and no email no texts as to how to check in. we were basically stranded in Hervey Bay with two kids and had to find last minute accommodation. highly unprofessional.

Property set in a very easy to find location. Pool was clean and tidy. Property location was close enough to walk to the beach and a short drive to cafes and restaurants along the beachfront.

there was a broken door ( from the wind it turns out) just scared me as I hadn’t noticed it until morning.

the facilities were so clean, all people were friendly. so much to do with the kids and staff were so friendly.

The room was filthy, no towel rails. the toaster was broken, the staff were very unhelpfull. Booked a bungalow and were put in a studio room. The staff blamed booking .com

The parking near the cabins was a bit tight (more the other visitors not parking straight and not in the lines, not a negative against the park).

The facilities were well laid out, the cabin was a good size for our family and clean. Our son loved the playground and jumping pillow.

Seriously, we are both very happy, stoked, with all the arrangements. Everyone we spoke to , or who had contact with were just great in every way.

There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor (especially in the corners), it looked like the floor had been mopped but the hair had dried in the whatever the floor had been mopped in. There was also hair and dust on the wall tiles and the window sills and tops of the towel racks were dusty, there was also no exhaust fan which results in a humid room with wet/sticky floor tiles and with condensation on the walls, which will create a mould problem.

I liked that the room was ground level and there was a microwave and full kitchen with a large fridge. All staff we encountered were very pleasant, and even stayed 10 minutes past closing to give us our key which we were very grateful for.

a bit pricey for what it was, was a bit shocked at the $50 cleaning fee if we used any of the crockery would’ve thought that would be included in the price for the cabin considering we paid nearly $240 for a night ! There was no controller for the aircon in the bedroom and air con in the lounge room barely kept us warm. Bathroom was dismal , smallest shower head I’ve ever seen and takes over a minute for the water to get warm just on hot water. Cost to use laundry was a bit pricey as well and makes sure you have gold coins to use .

Great facilities for the kids and cabin was fairly comfortable , beds were good.

The queen bed had 2 different comfort and height mattresses.

The Cabin was exactly as described. All park was clean and tidy. Very close to the sea and in an excellent location. I did not visit the pool but was very busy all day and looked clean.
