I thought there were facilities in the cabin to wash clothes, but there were not. Washing clothes was an extra expense.

Peaceful and quiet surrounds. The largest and l most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. Made us feel like royalty!

The three different accommodation points were all in a row, with very little privacy between each one. We would have preferrred a stand alone cottage, rather than an adjoining one, as our neighbour smoked. However, there was no excess noise. It was disappointing that the herb garden that was advertised was relatively non-existent. It would have been an improvement to have the lounge facing the television, instead of underneath it. It was easier to watch it from the bed. The laundry was very messy and looked a bit too cluttered to use.

The decor was very tasteful and restful. It was a very clean duplex. There were plently of snacks provided and well thought out extras, like first aid and sewing kits. It was not far to drive around the coastline to picturesque beaches and views. Sorrell, a slightly larger town, was not far away either, and had everyhting needed for our stay. The roses planted around each studio and cottage were absolutely delightful and the sitting area in the garden was well thought out, also. We enjoyed relaxing on the verandah, which looked out onto the garden. THe directions to get to the property were very easy to follow. The kitchen was excellent and well appointed

Access into the property from the highway was hard to find and a tad dangerous

Accommodation well set up, and lots of extras like coffee, snacks etc. Well furnished, and the fire pit fabulous.

Everything was perfect! The cabin is beautiful and cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the location is great to visit different places in Hobart and arounds and Ruth was very welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone

Perfect, just perfect, you could not wish for a better place to stay, extremely comfortable, everything you could possibly need as a traveller provided for in the apartment, great bed and shower, and lovely views of birds feeding in the morning. Hosts were super friendly too, a real pleasure for us to stay here and a great location if exploring the Tasman national Park and not too far to Richmond and Hobart.

The room is super clean and in the drawer there are so many snacks, tea bags and coffee. Bed is so comfortable. The owner definitely puts her heart into her work. We love our stay and recommend this place to everyone!

Ruth had thought of everything we could possibly need. So many choices of coffee bags and teas, chai, cappuccino.. cereals, pancakes, Nutella, honey and fruit etc etc. we were so impressed by the internal decor and the gardens. There was so much attention to detail.

Incredibly well equiped, self contained apartment. Very clean and peaceful. It was the perfect base for us to explore Tasmania from, our own little home to return to each day for a great nights sleep. Highly recommend for those who value cleanliness, comfort and a peaceful location.

I had an exceptional stay at this accommodation – easily one of the best in Australia. It provided everything I needed, and its proximity to both Hobart and Port Arthur was convenient. The location was breathtaking, and the host, Ruth, was incredibly nice and friendly. Highly recommended for a memorable experience.

The location was exactly what we were after. It was a beautiful experience. quiet, clean, well supplied right down to the charger cables. Just a beautiful location and well presented with gorgeous gardens

Didn't book long enough !

The villa was spotless, spacious and had everything you never thought you'd need - foil, plastic containers, oil for cooking etc. The bed is huge and the place has a brand new feel to it. We loved the care that went into the property - the fire pit area, flowers in bloom all around, bird feeders, everything made the place more welcoming and it would have been a delight to stay on the property all day long had we not been going out for activities during our stay. You can see the sunset from the villa porch and watch various animals and birds popping over to the property for a visit.
