How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Overall cleaning of the apartment
I would give top rating for everything. However, there was a lot of mould throughout the apartment & the lint extraction in the main bathroom was blocked.

The apartment could do with a little bit of a face lift , updating. Unfortunately we had a back apartment, so the visitors carpark was near the bedroom and also the bins.
Location was really great and secure parking a benefit. The pool and grounds were well kept and very enjoyable.

they advertised air con but it was only in main bedroom the other two bedroom were soooooo hot could barley open win and brick it’s built out of trapped head so bad

Toiletries were scarce in comparison to other accommodation we have stayed in..
Good location with friendly staff. Two swimming pools...one heated was nice. Tennis court if you are feeling energetic. Grounds and amenities were well looked after. Foxtel, wifi worked fine.

The level of cleanliness needed attention. The level of dust was unacceptable. Solid dust on fans, behind beds and on the aircon ducting. There were strings of cobweb combined with dust hanging from the ceiling. The fake plants need to be thrown out. It really stirred up allergies for a couple of the guests. We spoke directly to resort management before departure about this.
Fabulous location. A great spot for a getaway with friends or family.

A bit slippery in the bath shower area. Possibly curtains that slide on tracks.

Nothing major. There wasn't a lift, so if you're not good with stairs this apartment could pose some problems.
Great size apartment and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We liked that they had a games room and both indoor and outdoor pools. There are bbqs on site or across the road with lovely views. We would stay again

No lift. We had plenty of hands on deck so was not a biggie, but could be a problem for mobility impaired.
Very well located, close to everything but not in the hustle and bustle. Quiet off the street rooms ( ours was ) reasonably well appointed. Beautiful sea views! very friendly and helpful staff; we had booked a 3 bedroom appt and were travelling with 2 cars. Manager gave us an extra complimentary car park, which was not expected but was very much appreciated. The pool and barbeque facilities were top notch. Overall great value!

The whole complex felt a bit tired , tacky tiling , rust in the plug area of shower over bath which is awful , bathrooms need updating , rooms really need a paint out. Hate that you have to go and buy extra toilet paper this should be supplied.
Nice friendly staff who were very helpful. Great that the room had a washing machine and dryer. Nice quiet establishment.
