The staff were very attentive and helpful. Beautiful views, room was huge, clean, modern and comfortable.

No bath in our room (which we expected for the price), the fire alarm went off late at night when we were in bed with our little one and we had to evacuate the room- we were supposed to go outside but because it was raining we were directed to the restaurant where we were then standing in our pyamas with our baby just been woken up (other people around us were dining and drinking). None of the staff helped us with anything and we weren't told by anyone when it was safe to go back to our rooms, we think this situation was poorly handled from a customer service perspective, especially for the price we paid for our room.

The dinner was amazing but breakfast was sadly disappointing. Poached Eggs were cold and the smashed avocado looked and tasted old. Other than that, amazing.

We were on the ground floor, where the view is much more limited than the pictures shown on the website. The table and chairs on the balcony were too wide for the balcony meaning that you couldn’t pull out the chairs on two sides. Large room is very featureless and feels clinical, with large expanses of concrete floor. Kitchen had hardly any equipment. One frying pan, no saucepans, no coffee plunger,

We were there for a wedding and I went to iron and it was one of those tiny tabletop (with no table) to iron on and the legs were broken. There is the hotel, but I'm so tired of pub food. There was no stand out meals. Maybe some specials to spice up the menu. Also the airtasker had pizza and dumplings. We had spring rolls which were great, but I saw the other dumplings coming out of a frozen plastic bag. Glad I didn't order those. The mozzarella on the pizza was chewy and cheap. The base was very oily. Again the good didn't meet my expectations for a $400 a night accommodation. But they were really ridiculously busy and there wasn't much delay and the staff were great.

Well obviously the views and location are spectacular. The room was good.

Toilet bin was not emptied when we got in. When i informed that to the reception they didn't apologise or take it seriously. It is not a major issue, but it matters when you pay that amount of money

Location is lovely, between two quiet beaches. Great restaurant/bar on the premises with many indoor/outdoor seating options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, very well equipped and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!
