The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family getaway, and we would recommend it to all our friends. Nicole was lovely to deal with and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect.

The property had everything we could have wanted or needed, with little extra touches- chocolates and some tasty beverages. Owners were lovely and communicative. Pool was amazing and location. Great amount of space for a family to share, be together but distance when needed 😉

It was all great.

We stayed for a few nights with our family of 4 (2 teenage kids). The property was perfect for our needs, heaps of room. Nicole was awesome, excellent communication and commitment to presenting the property cleanly and with a personal touch. The location is great. Loved it.

On arrival our fridge was stocked with milk, Oreos, chips, chocolates and 2 bottles of champagne…a perfect start to our girls weekend away 🥂 The apartment was super clean and decorated so nicely it had a very warm and cosy feeling about it. Nicole was a great host from the minute I booked always on hand to answer any questions I had and also with some great recommendations for Palm Cove. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again for sure ☀️🌴

The apartment was fantastic. Spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. Located near restaurants and shops. Such a great facility with 3 swimming pools that catered for everyone. Definitely a spot for our family to return to :)

Can’t say anything negative, every thing was positive and we didn’t want to leave.

Loved the decor, beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. Closeness to pool area, and amenities was perfect. We have stayed at Peppers a number of times and this was our best apartment experience yet. The owner looked after us so amazingly, going as far as snacks and a bottle of sparkling Rose to celebrate our stay and wedding anniversary, the personal touch given made us feel so welcome.

Great facilities, beautiful setting, fantastic apartment. Had Room 5122 (5121) which is privately owned by Nicole and she was amazing, over delivering in every aspect. Would definitely recommend this to others and plan to return.

Everything you need for a perfect holiday. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and Peppers resort the best in Palm Cove. The host Nicole was always on hand for any questions we had and the goodies she left for us in the fridge was much appreciated. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

We liked having a self contained appartment as we did our own food prep as well as dined out locally. Was nice to have the option. We went food shopping at Smithfield only 15 mins by car.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment.

What an absolutely fabulous apartment! Nicole has thought of everything. It is beautifully presented and stocked with everything that we needed to relax and enjoy. It was made extra special by Nicole’s personal touches and we could tell that she wanted her guests to feel at home. Her clear and concise instructions for how to collect the keys and enter the accomodation made our arrival stress free. Fabulous experience.

If you are looking for an awesome host and property in Palm Cove/Cairns area, look no further, this is your place! Nicole, our host, was very communicative from the very beginning of our booking. She recommended places to eat, tours to take, walked us through the check in and check out process, etc. The property itself is in an amazing location and was clean, cozy and well stocked. The pool and grounds were awesome! I wish we toured less and stayed at the condo longer each day/night. Do not hesitate in booking this property, you won’t regret your choice.

There isn't really anything negative to say, everything exceeded our expectations.

The Location of this resort is world class.. Its right on the doorstep to the beach, perfect for early morning walks. Then back to the resort for a day of Family fun at the pool. The Main Pool is Stunning, perfect for little swimmers. (but be careful its a lagoon pool, and it has a very steep drop) Our Host was Amazing, very Informative, and left us the most thoughtful welcome basket. The Room locations was lovely, it was on the second floor, we had a lovely view of the pool. It was clean, and had everything we could have wanted. We will defiantly be back

The apartment is in a great location as part of the resort. A quiet corner with a leafy outlook. We loved the spa on the balcony and the big pool - was great for the whole family. Nicole (our host) provided us with an immaculate apartment which had everything we needed, in addition to some lovely complimentary snacks and drinks. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others!
