It's is tired and the room wasn't very clean.

Great location, easy to book, check in and check out. We only needed one night, so it suited our purposes perfectly.

The apartment although clean and comfortable a little dated

The location is good, on the beach front, apartment is clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Parking is a good bonus

I did notice a few things to note. The toilet in our apartment didn't flush very well, and you had to flush twice. The hallways were wet with water for some reason, seemed to be coming from the brick wall. My child and I had a negative encounter with who I think may have been a resident at one of the apartments as we were swimming in the pool at 6pm. He came out yelling, and told us to keep the noise down as he was trying to watch TV and it was a bit late. However I note quiet hour started from 9pm, and we were not abnormally loud, just playing in the pool and using the amenities as any other guest. Definitely not the hotel's fault, but it was a bit of a buzz kill when you're trying to enjoy yourself at a reasonable time and neighbors are yelling off the balcony.

The pool was great. A really nice temperature every day, and clean. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the bed was really comfortable to sleep on. I really enjoyed the location, as it was literally just across the road from the beach and just down the road from the shopping complex. I loved that the apartments had full kitchens. The staff were all so lovely and friendly! It made our stay just that little bit more positive. We stayed for 4 nights and this was a perfect little apartment which was close to transport, Pacific Fair, the beach and many nice restaurants.

Difficult to beat the location

The weather was not so good a lot of people commented that this had been one of the worst summer seasons for a long time with lots of rain and humidity

A great location so close to patrolled beach and room easily assessable to lifts and stairs.Was easy to park our hired car in the basement.Great shops and eateries close by and other shopping centres within easy driving distances with a lot of free parking

Each room is owned individually and we unfortunately were booked into an older style room with broken curtains, a very musty smell and a leaking toilet. When booking you can't choose which room you receive, so you might end up in a renovated apartment with nice amenities, or an older, poorly looked after room. Please note this is up to each apartment owner, not the hotel management staff.

No aircon in the rooms and main room's fan wasn't strong enough. People who easily gets hot will not be able to sleep well in the summer months.

The locations is perfect for travellers as it's closed to the beach, restaurants, tram stations, etc.

I didnt have the view I was after and the room lacked utensils and cooking items to make a multiple night stay and cooking for your self an option. I provided feedback when we left but did not receive any confirmation that they would action.

I wasn’t pleased that the bedrooms weren’t air-conditioned we had some very hot nights on our stay. The bedroom’s did have ceiling fans

I’d say location of the apartment was great however because of the central location there was a fair amount of traffic noise. Couldn’t really close the place up because of needing the air

Slightly run down, aircon only in mains area and not bedroom. Window in bedroom couldn’t close fully and glass was cracked.
