The only thing would be the lounge. It was broken and extremely uncomfortable to sit on.

Excellent property. Indoor heated pool was great considering we were there in Winter, indoor spa as well, gym on site etc Took us about 10 minutes to walk to Cavill but we prefer that, being away from it all. Had the ocean view room, views were absolutely amazing and the lounge room was huge, plenty of room for everyone, 2 bathrooms were very handy. More than enough space and beds for 5 people

Bunk beds in third bedroom only suitable for very young children. They need replacing as they are a bit rickety. Lights on dimmers flickered - we tried not to have them on.

Great location. Easy access to the beach and tram. Fabulous views. Whale watching from the balcony. Room was bright, airy and clean.

The location was a bit further to Cavill Ave than we anticipated- a hike for a 5 year old when walking up and back each day a couple of times. The tram was just outside though and it was a lifesaver!

No aircon in the 3rd bedroom and aircon not working in the lounge room which made it cold at night. The outside parking was always full with small cars that would of fit underneath in the underground car park unlike our car :( but apparently that was due to a wedding and isn’t normally the case. Having said that the good outweighed the bad and an easy fix. Would definitely stay again :)

Beautiful view of the beach, and we saw a pod of dolphins from our balcony in the morning. The beach is quiet, and the Surfer's Paradise esplanade is a short walk away. The tram station is just a stones throw away. The entire unit, including the kitchen, is well equipped with all that you need for a short or longer stay.

Only 4 coat hangers for 2 bedrooms, minor problem but more would be better. Understand security for building which is great but travelling with 3 families made it difficult to go between floors to see family members, especially with young children. Maybe additional key be supplied for these circumstances ie always had to meet on floor one

How much soap was in the bathrooms because for bigger families there won’t be enough.

We loved how we could see the view of the beach. Also we loved Gold Coast because in the city there were markets were you get get food, hair accessories, Jewellery and lights.We also liked how the blinds were remote controlled

The saunas light , temperature setting was all broken . Also they didn't provide any shower caps in the apartment bathrooms.

Hi Surf is exceptionally well located we stayed 3 nights and didn’t use the car once. The view was a million dollars of the whole coast. We loved the facilities and used the playground equipment as well as the indoor pool, spa and sauna.
