It should be possible to leave the door of the bathroom open in order to let the air flow after a shower, otherwise the steam remains there (also if you leave the window open) and it smells after humidity.

The whole room smelt very musty - expected slightly in a heritage building however this was next level. The bathroom smelt like there was still water in there from last century. I had to go buy air fresheners. Otherwise very good.

Quiet and well-thought-out room. Good value and comfy bed.

The stairs aren’t child friendly or with a big pram. the cot was also broken so my son had to hop in my bed.

the exceptional customer service, everything was set with late check in, close to shops and the hospital which is what we needed! I left my wall adaptor there when leaving and the team didn’t hesitate sending it via AUS post how awesome!!! I would definitely give 5 stars for the team.

Not much parking in the area, but we were lukcy to get a spot.

Room was adequate for our needs and very similar in facilities to other hotels. Also nice to be able to open a window in the room.

The room was on the ground floor which i needed but it was very cramped. Lack of parking was an issue at first but then resolved

Chantelle checked us in ...was so helpful with securing parking as I needed parking at the hotel as my mum was in a wheelchair . Chantelle called me after she left for the day to let me know she was standing in a car space that had become available out the back of the hotel. God bless her..she stood there whilst I ran to get my car a few streets away. I was so stressed as mum was going into the Prince of Wales for an operation the next day. Chantelle made it so much better. Thankyou:)

A hospitable place to stay in an excellent location

Our room was very small, which was ok for our short 2 night stay. Next visit we will ensure we get a larger room. The bed was smaller than a queen and pushed against a wall. It was not long enough for my tall husband.

The location is excellent and despite it being next door to a hotel, we found it very quiet! The receptionist was very informative and friendly and went out of her way to ensure we got a car space as it was becoming available as we arrived. Our room was very clean.

there was a huge flying cockroach in my room at night and the staff was pretty nonchalant about it. I had to wait till 11pm to ask for help which kept me up for my entire night. there’s many times where I passed the reception area (I’ve lived there for 13 nights) and I couldn’t find them during the receptionist’s working hours (11pm-4pm).

the location is fantastic! 3 min walk to the L2 train and a couple of bus stops. It’s also at Randwick so there are a 24-hr Coles and a few banks and chemists. The Asian lady in the front desk was really nice

Carparking is very limited. Given the location is close to Hospital, Randwick shops etc, on the street parking is limited and only one to two hours. Wilson Parking is a 5 min walk from the accommodation - $105 for 3 days and nights - given it's Sydney, it's probably cheap parking option.

Central location for access to Coogee Beach, Randwick, shops and hospital (if needed). Tram stop 2 min walk with direct access to the city. Our destination was Moore Park and the trams to/from ran frequently. Would stay again.

Pull out bed was very uncomfortable for the kids - managed for 2 nights, but not any longer. A little noisy with traffic throughout the night - was expected though as round the corner from the hospital.

Great location - 3min walk from Randwick tram stop so easy to get there from the City. Loads of restaurants and eating options 300m away on the Spot. Easy bus to Coogee beach front.
