You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A great 5 night stay at Hilton Cairns. Located right on the waterfront a short walk from all the major activities and city centre. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. The hotel breakfasts were also top notch. The room was large and very comfortable and I liked the internal atrium and green gardens. I would definitely stay here again when in Cairns.

AustraliaYou could tell the decor definitely needed to be freshened up, and you could see strands of previous occupants' hair in the carpet. The hair dryer attachment was broken. Whilst the amenities were relatively accommodating, you could definitely see the age of the hotel.
Had a really nice corner suite which gave amazing views of Trinity Inlet towards the mountain range and part of Cairns. The pool area also needed some work but you could see they were trying to put an effort to make it more amenable. Staff were generally quite friendly and helpful and greeted you at you entered and left the building.

AustraliaI loved the hotel and there are a couple of minor things that could be improved on. 1. There was no one at the door to greet you or help with luggage. 2. Pool bar wasn’t open and you needed to call for service. There was a QR code but it didn’t seem to work.
Great location close to where the tours depart, restaurants and esplanade. The pool was a good size with plenty of lounge chairs. We stayed on the 7th floor with water views that didn’t disappoint. Bed was firm and comfortable.

Great stay in clearly the best location. Other hotels on the strip are too close to the drunk and disorderly. Hilton delivers as always, immaculate room, great staff and service. Gin bar was a particular favourite, staff were attentive and happy to chat. Great breakfast and barista coffee every single morning.

We arrived early and staff were very accommodating. They allowed us to use the parking and pool area until our room was ready. We had a harbour view room which was very comfortable.
