The TV remote didn't work. No internet, went searching for a password but it didn't work. For elderly people the bath needs a hand rail as the bath is dangerous to move in when showering.

The location, unfortunately, is very inconvenient in the sense that it’s right on the highway and very noisy day and night. The building looks a bit run down inside and out.

The apartment itself was comfortable and tidy. Reasonably well stocked.

The room hadn't been cleaned properly and there was damage to the wall stuff left by previous guest in the cupboard the shower leaked constantly and the noise of other guest kept me awake. I asked for a late check in about 15 min after normal check in Tim and the left my key in my room with my door open so anyone could have entered and damaged the place and I would have been Blamed.

There was no-one at reception, when someone finally came, they couldn't speak English. The stove took a long time to warm up & cook anything. There was no DVD player

The hall and stairs weren’t vacuumed despite a lot of mud tracked in, never saw any staff.

It was quiet, had all the basics but rather old and worn.

The hotel itself is very old and needs to be updated. the rooms were alright, bugs everyone in the bedroom though was completely comfortable sleeping to be honest.

the lady at the front was very sweet, the room had a clean bathroom and kitchen.

I remember that I left my jacket in the room and I called tomorrow morning to ask if I can come and collect but they say they don't know about it. Nobody informed about it. It was a special gifted jacket and I left it in there by mistake but it is lost inside the apartment. Very disappointing.

Quite old, in need of some TLC. Stove top element didn't work. No fish slice, potato peeler etc. Plenty of dishes though. Curtains torn and in need of replacement.

It was very dusty and needed a good clean. There were not enough useful implements in the kitchen and the knives were blunt. The air conditioner did not work.

Location was convenient because we had a car. The apartment was big and suited our group well. It was very quiet. Lots of parking.

The property was visibly very old and run down. It seemed dusty and while it was cleaned on the surface for our stay the bath etc were still visibly dirty. Spider spotted on the curtain immediately. Staff were lovely.

The room isn’t cleaned properly and when we enters the room, the fridge’s doors were opened. No air con there, except one heater. And the location is not in the city centre.

From the minute you walk into the grotty dirty foyer you realise that you have made a mistake . The Apartmrnt stinks of stale cigarettes. The kitchen needs a good scrub . The cupboards, microwave and range hood are dirty . The cracked and broken tiles around the taps need fixing . A dirty used sponge was provided . The Balcony is filthy an unusable . The Bathroom is disgusting , there is mould and the shower curtain is gross. The window sills throughout the place are dirty and the sheer curtains are mouldy .. there was a half cigarette left on one of the window sills . There is no remote for the TV and despite repeated requests one wasn’t provided . The whole apartment needs a good clean and the peeling wallpaper and hole in the wall need to be repaired . The mountain view is across a busy highway and the garden view is a view of neighbours backyards . We booked an apartment with a double and single in the main room and a double in the second room . There were two singles in the second room .

Before we arrived my songs looked up the reviews on the place - whoops - I should have done this. But really, I also thought they can't be that bad. Oh dear - I should have paid attention. The "no refunds" policy should also have been a warning. When we arrived there was no one at the reception. I called the number and sent a message, and a short time later they called back. They had left the keys in the room. When we went into the apartment my family looked at the rooms and were very underwhelmed. There were stains on bed sheets and covers. There was mold on the window sills. There was a kettle, but no mugs for making tea and coffee. And there were a few plates, but only 1 bowl (for a family of 4). My family actually decided that they would NOT want to stay there. And so we went and found another place (so the fact that this place was a bit cheaper did not help save money at all). We did call the reception and tell them that we weren't staying, and could we please get at least a partial refund. We called a few times - and they said they would talk to the higher up managers and get back to us... and never did. So, all up, it was not a great start to the holiday. (Thankfully the new place we found was nicer!)
