Due to getting a room early we didn't get the 2 single beds we wanted but made do. The shower being kind of see through was a bit awkward when staying with my teenage son.

Staff went out of their way to get us a room early and to find alternate car parking for us as theirs was full. I wasn't expecting much from breakfast for the price but it was actually really good! Would recommend

Air conditioning kept turning off, they reset it but it still didn't work properly. Toothpaste should be complimentary. Breakfast is usually good but they had run out of bacon. Not good enough! Room had a musty smell and didn't feel clean.

Great location and friendly staff at reception. Great for one night. Good shower pressure and bathroom toiletries.

Chromecast was difficult to work out. Called reception for help and they said they would send someone to have a look for us. No one turned up. I figured it out myself after 30 mins and changing a few tv settings.

I booked 2 single beds months ago and still got a double bed, which was weird when travelling with my daughter in law

Bed was on the hard side but ok. Would have liked to have been closer to the shopping and restaurant hub but for more agile people everything was in walking distance of around 500mtrs. We chose to Uber it.

Very clean room with everything we needed for a shirt start. Breakfast and parking were included which was great. Breakfast was lovely.

Booking.com did not tell the property that we booked twin beds until the morning of our arrival. When we arrived at the hotel they informed us of this and said that we may have to change rooms for the second night and have to share a bed. The staff were amazing in trying to work out a difficult situation. Booking.com needs to have better communication than just advising the property day of booking.

The stay met my expectations, the staff were helpful. A plus for the free WiFi, which worked without reservation. The breakfasts were tasty, although the same every day. It's a pity that there were no cheeses during breakfast.

The toilet in Room 412 was backed up, although I only noticed this prior to check out as previous nights I was back from work late and straight to bed - the contents were not mine LOL - I tried to report the issue on check out but I do not believe that the lady at reception understood what I was saying. I was however concerned that this had not been spotted by the Cleaner previously, either in my time in the room or previous patrons - the fault certainly caused some odour!

Breakfast was good and easy to obtain but I would have preferred a 6.30am start on Saturday rather than 7am as I needed to be at work as early as possible that day but this was a minor inconvenience.

The bathroom didn’t come with the toilet scrubber. Do wish there was microwave in the room or somewhere to access one.

We didn’t need much just a place to stay for 2 nights, the bedding was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and clean, the breakfast had a good selection including bread, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, coffee, etc. The walk to the city was 10-15 minutes.

Breakfast missing poached eggs and bacon. Sausages not very tasty. Bathroom super clean but someone forgot to empty the bathroom bin as it was full. Pillows a bit hard for us but you can't get this one right for everyone Hey if that's all we have to complain about you have done very well!

Breakfast ok! Enjoyed a nice meal and wine in the evening. Room very spacious and reasonable view, very clean. Staff for check in and out plus evening team for bar and meals were excellent, friendly and professional.

Cannot open a window to get some fresh air in. Room was right in front of the elevators (3) and could hear whenever someone was using them due to the bell sound - not great sound proofing of the room door from hallway side. Only 1 coffee machine at breakfast, no cold meat and cheese plates on offer...

Second time staying here, staff were lovely (as they were before) and room was super clean. Spring hill is a great neighborhood to stay in. They also let us do late check out and it was really appreciated.

it's up a hill with all destinations down the hill, which means if you're shopping, you're lugging your things back up that hill. it's my only complaint, really.

we really appreciated the breakfast buffet. this was the quietest hotel i've ever stayed in. there's a liquor store and a very good pizza shop on the block.
