Bathroom in room was less than ideal when sharing a room with a teenager - glass walls/doors which did not seal closed meant reduced privacy when using the bathroom. Room very small.

The arrangement of the breakfast buffet area. Plates were in the middle, milk before cereal, trays for plates/drinks were too small. People had to go back and forth and got in each others way during the busy period. Should be able to go from start to end in a singular direction. Coffee (cappuccino) was really just a flat white.

Noise in room from what we thought was extractor for bathroom or air conditioning units Next door venue appeared to have a club on the Friday night with banging music until 2-3am

I would have liked a room on a higher level as requested. Stayed on level 8. Ordered a ham and cheese toasted sandwich at the Grand Room and when delivered it was very disappointing. Somehow the ham was burnt on the edges and tasted like plastic. Took it off and with it came the cheese. I guess the plain toast was ok. I was offered a replacement an hour or so later but it was getting to late.

Breakfast staff and food selection were good. Room was user friendly. Bed comfy. Very easy to get to from Southern Cross Station.

Very hard to get someone on phone when we arrived to let us in carpark. We weren't told we only had to push a button at carpark gate.

We were attending a show in Collins Street, so easy to get to & from. Two queen beds, very comfortable. Breakfast was supplied. Lots of choices

I cannot find anything I don’t like, however the front counter staff had no idea that I had stayed there a number of times, as they said they thought it was my first time instead of my 5th or 6th time.

The catering staff and the catering floor staff are fantastic. This is the main reason I stay at this hotel, to receive breakfast of quality is great.. I find it sad that other patrons that stay there do not engage in any form of conversation with the catering staff, they do a great job continuously cleaning and filling the food as there is a lot of people staying at the hotel. I always make a point to talk to them and thank them for their hard work, and as I leave/checkout I always go and thank them for a great breakfast and hard work keeping up with all their duties for the morning.. I look forward to staying there again in the very near future. It’s Avery convenient hotel for me when I come to Melbourne for sporting events and very comfortable room.. Thanks again
